I spoke to an incredible representative today named Claire who like me also lives in the Burlington area. Claire was soft spoken, knowledgeable, offered me an unbeatable package (10x the speed of Bells fastest for $40 less, I also get 2 pods to extend any potential weak wireless signals), Quick and Fast installation dates and times (Bell - Didn’t even come to our scheduled appointment the day I took off work, they have been telling me for 5 years that we will be getting Fiber Optics within 6 months - this is yet another Marketing Scheme bell scams it’s customers with because very few homes have a fiberoptic line setup in their house hold, they were working on our neighbour’s internet and snipped our line in the process. They tried to drive off and my wife had to literally chase down their vehicle and ask them if they did something to the internet in which they did and in which they were aware of but just didn’t want to do the work to fix it!). I pay for the best Bell Service which is 100mbs DL vs Cogeco’s 1GB, 10X the speed of bells fastest. I also scheduled another appointment with Bell as I have been requesting the Bell Hub 4000 because our internet is so poor that we can’t use our devices. The kids can’t game, we have dead spots all over the house and testing speeds show that I am getting on average/best 10mb DL and 6/7MB upload which is horrendous, that’s similar to speeds from 20 plus years ago! Thank the Heavenly Father for Claire from Cogeco who has taken care of everything with me. Just so you are all aware, according to the governing body in Ontario for Internet the CRTC: - 3. Cancellation date. A customer may cancel their contract at any time by notifying their service provider. A service provider must cancel service on the day requested by the customer or by another party acting on behalf of the customer. Thus, I can call Bell and will happily cancel right after my internet is installed. Thanks Clair & Cogeco!!!!

I just visited the Cogeco location at Burlington Mall to ensure everything is all set for my install later this month.I had an incredible experience with Cogeco representative, Melissa. She is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. She has an outstanding personality and makes you feel like you’re a VIP. She’s amazing.

I have mixed reviews about Cogeco’s back-end execution of service requests but have consistently received friendly and helpful service at their Guelph Line store. This was especially the case with Tanya on a recent visit. She listened cheerfully to our requirements, did what she could in the moment, then processed the remaining account updates to the billing department. She unexpectedly followed up by phone several hours later to confirm that all requests had been processed, something that had frustrated us in the past. A good experience overall during this visit thanks to Tanya.

If this company could be given a negative star I would gladly do so.Our Epico box keeps “freezing” and we can’t watch a recorded program or even a live program. It takes anywhere between a 10 minutes to a few hours to get the programming up and running. We have called Cogeco several times to complain.This evening when we complained yet again because we were left without any service, the representative laughed and said, “Sorry guys but they have an outage so I can’t do anything until tomorrow.”I asked for a refund for the time we will be without TV programming and he laughed “Sorry I can’t do even that. Wish I could tell you differently.”Abysmal service and they don’t care! Meantime the cost keeps rising!!

Visited the Burlington, Guelph Line store. The customer support representative, Roy, was very helpful in providing me with all the information I required in selecting my Cogeco package. All questions were answered and he helped in selecting the best Cogeco package for me. I was able to make my decision fully informed, right then and there. Thank you for your knowledge and kind help Roy.

My service was down for two days and I was about to cancel my services. Customer service girl Miss Tanya took personal interest in my case and she contacted the IT section and she offered me her apology for inconvenience and told me someone will contact me soon. In five minutes it support personal miss navjeet called me and fixed my problem in 5 minutes. So I changed my mind to stay with cogeco. Excellent customer service and professional IT support. But still this company needs to improve their service much better.

The store staff were nice and friendly, I was returning a device as I have changed carriers due to the constant increase in pricing. The company gets a 1 ⭐ however the employees at the retail shop were good. There was no wait and 3 employees working at the time of my visit.

I haven’t had internet in 5 days. Waited patiently for my service call to find out they never confirmed the appointment. They re booked me for 3 days down the road. The manager offered me half my billing as compensation. I laughed at that and told him to keep the credit. Cogeco has lost me and my business accounts for good. Thanks Steve!

Store is ALWAYS crazy busy, likely as the only location in Halton Region. Amazing they have 4 desks but one employee working! Line ups out the store and service sucks!
