Of course you come for the chicken, and the ribs, but I went today and had the peri peri Portuguese chicken and wow! It was amazing, smoking and spicy (if you don’t like any spice don’t try it). A fresh look at st Hubert chicken, great job. Also the volcano is great fort he chocolate lover too. The place is new, nice and clean. The servers speak both English and French which is a plus too.

What was once a cosy affordable restaurant to bring the whole family for a fun evening has turned into a wannabe upscale place that sells mediocre food at ridiculous prices.Ordered a plate of chicken skewers: that's 27$. For a couple bits of chicken, a tiny amount of rice I struggled to find buried underneath everything else, some fries, and some overcooked cold vegetables.Now, knowing there isn't much chicken on their skewers, I ordered an extra one. In 2018/19, that same extra was 5$. It is now 15.50$. More than half the price of the full plate for two small skewers. I was shocked when I got handed the receipt, that is an outrageous amount of money to charge for such a tiny amount of food - especially when it's not even served hot.This meal for one person which included only a main course with the extra skewer and a beverage (3.50$ in a small glass, no refills) amounted to 53$. That is theft, plain and simple.Service was fine, nothing noteworthy. Plates were sent out to our table at a reasonable speed considering the restaurant was packed.It is disheartening to see such a beloved restaurant that I've been going to since I was a child become such a terrible place to eat at. Mediocre food at prices I would expect out of a higher-end place. Avoid at all costs - there are cheaper and better options not far where you can get twice the amount of food for half the price (it even tastes better and it's served hot!).

Very good personel. Our children and we had to stay thirsty for a very long time despite the fact that only 2 or 3 tables were occupied!The food was extremely delicious, but it was as if the chef cut what was in the photo on the menu in half.I will go to another St Hubert and order the same steak, same fish and chips, and same seafood just to see if it was the chef at this lication who shrunk the food!I intentionally left a generous tip so that, hopefully, next time the waitress sees some angolphones or someone with my look, she can at least not leave them thirsty for so long! Basically, I tipped for my next look alike!They are in a touristic area.

Very tender and juicy chicken!! Served with a side of yummy mashed potatoes with bread and a side of hot gravy. The brownies we also so good. They offer many choices of draft beer as well! The place is very cosy and the service is lovely. Definitely recommend after a skiing day!

Don't get their salad! It's all spoiled underneath, so disgusting! I was eating it in the car without looking at first, but the taste was so off even with the super sweet artificial colored sauce that they overly pour on top could not cover up the taste of spoiled salads!

Noisy and meals very average.The chicken skewer should not be on the menu, at least not like that, it was like beef jerky.Desapouinted with that meal.My wife club sandwich was good.

Once again the disappointment in lack of knowledge about food allergens. If you ever decide to eat at St. Hubert in Saint Sauveur say your prayers if you have any food allergen concerns. The franchise produces a gluten free menu, which staff and management clearly do not refer to when preparing food. This most recent experience for us has permanently barred St. Hubert in Saint Sauveur from my options in dining. Lack of respect and customer service.
