We been going to this Clinic for about 5 years and have found them all to be Professional and very kind. I appreciate they are still masking as the respiratory viruses ramp up this winter! I don’t have a dental plan so have to budget and nothing is ever pushed, only what is needed!

We have been going to Dr. Townsend’s office for years and appreciate their professionalism along with their warmth. The staff continually updates their skills and they use the latest technology to enhance their diagnostic and treatment methods. All with a smile! I highly recommend them!

I really enjoyed my experience with Lake Country Family Dentistry. The reception staff offered flexibility to accommodate my schedule, which was appreciated. Dr. Mitchell is one of the most patient, diligent and respectful dentists I’ve experienced. He took the time to explain to me his work and made me feel comfortable with his recommendations. After recently switching to LCFD I was reminded how pleasant and refreshing a dental visit can be!The office has a clean & modern feel and the staff are really lovely.

The front staff was great, the dentist was great But the cleaning was a nightmare. I was tilted so far back I felt sick, she clock watched, no communication and the cleaning was poor. I went to another and said I need a cleaning and they still had work to do and it was comfortable. So as they are aware of this she still works there. So for that reason I found a wonderful new place with 100% satisfaction. To bad they let 1 rotten apple to spoil the business.☹️

Do you suffer anxiety at the thought of even going to a dentist? I did, I suffered for over 40 years. I say I did because Dr. Mitchell at Lake Country Family Dentistry was the first dentist to ever help me over come my extreme anxiety in a dentists office. Since May of 2021 I have had over 20 appointments, everything from extractions, to crowns, to fillings, impressions and cleanings. It's been quite the journey and I will forever be grateful to Dr. Mitchell and all who work at that wonderful dental clinic. I now walk in the clinic with a smile and totally relaxed. They are the most caring, compassionate, patient, professionals I have ever met.My amazing team!

Does anyone enjoy going to the dentist? Now that I have found Dr. Townsend I certainly do!The staff and dental hygienists are wonderful, and Dr. Townsend is the nicest guy you'll ever meet! Always smiling and upbeat with a great story or two to share. In fact everyone in my neighbourhood goes to Dr. Townsend. We all love him and the comment that comes up the most often is I sure hope he never retires!"The Lake Country Family Dentistry office is in a great location with easy and free parking. Up the stairs or elevator and down the hall. You'll never have to wait more than a few minutes. The hygienists are all friendly
