Had a nice shopping experience. Sales Associate Kavishan helped me to pick some nerf guns and legos for my little cousins.

Huge toys store with great options for kids. Very well organized and well stocked. The store staff is very helpful and nice. I was looking for a particular toy for one of my nieces; a store rep helped me to his best. Plenty of parking spots. The cashiers are also very nice and helpful. Great experience. Very well managed.

Was looking for some NECA figures today that were hit and miss. Usually staff has always been like if you dont see it we don't have it. Today a girl by the name of Hannah went out of her way ,looked in the back after finding nothing went on the computer without me even asking. Approached me in the isle , showed me where I could find it and I found my hunted product. 5 stars to this location for bang up customer service. Happy, enthusiastic staff willing to help. I'd give 20 stars if I could.

Good quality stuff but personally I find it very expensive. Also the way the store is organized (especially the toys section) makes it hard to shop for a specific age group. Also there's almost no staff around to help.

This is a good ToysR"Us store that is conveniently located next to highway 410! They have a decent selection of toys

If I could give zero stars I would.I was recently purchased a baby bouncer & swing from this location, the box was damaged but gift giver was told that it’s new, the box was just damaged. It was the last one they had, and was obviously trying to get rid of it.To my surprise when I opened it completely, all the parts was unwrapped and thrown in the box, pieces was broken and missing, and some of the parts was dirty. It was clearly a return which they tried to pass as new. Luckily there was a gift receipt attached, and I was able to exchange it at another location, but it shouldn’t have been resold in the first place. It was basically a death trap for an infant. Not impressed at all, won’t be shopping at this location or believing a word they say .

This place be a five-star place. I think Toys R Us should open earlier. But it's still a great place. It has a million toys.

All the employees were super helpful especially Kyra who helped us with purchasing a double stroller. We were so lost , she spent the time and explained everything to us, was very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service!

These people tried to sell me a bmw electric car for $250 and really handed it to my husband to bring home with no charger. When I called, JAMIE, tried to tell me YEA. THATS WHY IT WAS ON SALE. JAMIE. HOW OLD ARE YOU? DO YOU OWN SOMETHING? YOU THINK YOUR PLASTIC SHELL THAT CANNOT EVEN TURN ON IS WORTH MY $250!? WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Now toys r us is commenting to tell me what happened on the phone. If the status of the car was explicitly detailed to me, why would I be calling to find out where the charger is. Where the other rear view mirror is. Missing parts should be DETAILED in WRITING. Furthermore, when I call for customer service, ATTITUDE to any degree is completely inexcusable. You work for a TOY STORE. Children, as spoiled as they may be, are either going to be excited or extremely disappointed by purchases made here. That should be going through every employees kind every day. Customer service for children should be held to an even higher degree than any other type of retail store. Not your employee telling me yea that’s why it’s on sale like I didn’t know it was on sale!! Do better!
