Fantastic experience! The woman who helped me with my fitting was extremely knowledgeable and was strategic in bringing me items that would fit my particular shape based on how other ones fit me. I'm very grateful that she didn't give up until we found one that was a perfect fit. As a bonus, most items were less than $100. I left a happy customer and will be back for more.

Heard about this place from a friend. Drove all the way to the south to get a bra here. Was turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. They said they book 1 hour appointments to properly measure you.Went to Crimson Lingerie instead, got measured (took 5 seconds), found the PERFECT bras for me (stores usually don’t sell cup sizes big enough for me), and paid all in under 20 minutes. Go there instead!Update: they did not ask me to return in 20 minutes… Nope

I went into Knickers andLace on Saturday June 17 thI was treated very poorly by a lady named Ashley (the manager). She then went on to be condescending and belittling to one of her employees. I was so disgusted that I left the store. I have shopped here before but I will never shop here again. I'm sure they are losing a lot of customers because of her. What a terrible way to run a business!

Was supposed to book an appointment, I forgot! But they fit me in and the experience was amazing Ashley the manager helped me.. She was so helpful with bra fitting, size explanation and a nice surprise for my husband for our anniversary. She was helpful, made me feel comfortable, and no pressure. I'm so happy with the service I recieved.. I highly recommend.

I’ve shopped here for 10 yrs for my bras. As covid restrictions were no longer in effect I was surprised to be told about appt only policy. The sales lady did reluctantly offer to help me if I was quick - which I was and spent $400 in 20 min. Unfortunately, after a few months of wear, I was not happy with any of my purchases. My poor call for accepting her offer and rushing (she was very pleasant) but I won’t return due to this policy. I come from out of out of town (35 min) and work full time so I feel like I’m not their target market.

Personally, I found the staff somewhat prudish. I've gone into the store a few times to see if it was me but they are snippy. Somewhat short and not willing to be of service for too long. If the sale does not seem impending then they just turn their back. The prices are also about 3x the amount one should pay for an item. This comment comes from a well seasoned business person. I don't think they will last too much longer unless someone sells the farm and takes some advice. SOFTEN YOUR STAFF AND SHARPEN YOUR PENCIL!

Absolutely love this shop. All the associates are welcoming and very helpful. This is a specialized boutique, similar to a bridal shop, so I get that you need an appointment. So do plan ahead. However, I have popped in without an appointment and was able to get assistance right away. Definitely one of the best shops in Willow Park Village.

Loved my experience here! Finally were able to find well-fitting pieces that I actually like weeks after I bought them. By far one of the easiest bra shopping experiences I've ever had. And price? Such good value. I was a little nervous having spent lots of money at other boutiques. But, I spent LESS and bought MORE than I did at other places...such good value. Thank you so much for your help and will definitely be coming back in!
