Steady decline of customer service, up to three or four years ago the service and food selection was worth up to four stars. During the past year and a half the food selection and quality, especially fruits and vegetables, have taken a major downturn. The worst, though, is the lack of customer service. It's very rare to see more than one or two cashiers, and they are usually running to keep up with the lines of people. There are usually one or two adolescents to bag people's groceries, but you wouldn't know it because they just stand there either chatting up the young cashiers or staring off into space while an elderly person struggles with their groceries. In the past we paid slightly higher prices for a decent service, but this outlet just lost two clients.

Was accused of shoplifting as I was leaving, to show the worker where my parked vehicle was and to pack up my groceries on May 11, 2023. When we went out the door, another worker came out and asked me to come back in.Once I did, they said it was ok ONLY once after I told them which cash register I paid FULL BALANCE for. The lady who accused me was being helped with self service, which makes sense why she would think I was stealing: I was behind her and she didn’t see that I paid for everything.This caused everyone a waste of time, and an embarrassment to us as a lot of other customers looked towards our way.I believe they thought this of me because I am First Nations Cree. Which is totally unfair. I hope they don’t do this to other Native people who come to shop there!
