Excellent on-time pickup from the Comox Airport on Thanksgiving evening. Ride request confirmed immediately upon requesting, after a local competitor informed me that he was on available,, three days after i had made my request on his website. Will definitely be using these folks again.

App is so easy and allows for pre-pay and an electronic receipt, which is great because I travel in town for work and need to track expenses. Perfectly clean car and exceptionally professional driver. Would definitely recommend and use again! Thanks for the rides!

Awesome taxi / car company that services the entire Sunshine Coast. They have an excellent app that gives you the choice between private and shared rides. The app also gives pickup times and shows the live location of your car. Our driver was friendly and informative. Would most definitely use again. Awesome modern taxi service!

We used Coastal Rides twice for emergencies due to a mechanical breakdown with our SUV. One ride was from Sechelt to Pender Harbour. The drivers were fast, efficient, and friendly. The app is very user friendly and intuitive (just like Uber or Lyft). Coastal rides is highly recommended by our family.

We used Coastal Rides as a way to get guests to and from our wedding on the Sunshine Coast. They went above and beyond to make sure all our guests arrived on time and returned home safely. The communication was extremely concise and helpful, Ryan did a great job and gave us confidence that everything would be done as discussed. This really gave us a lot of comfort and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

We used Coastal Rides this weekend to get from the Gibsons/Langdale ferry terminal to a trail head near Earls Cove ferry terminal. We were 2 people + bikes and paid $160, all in.The price point is similar to Sunshine Coast Connector, but the Coastal Rides comes out on top on a few counts: (1) it’s out of season and they are still running, (2) they are more flexible with routes and timing, and (3) they can carry more bikes.Booking was straight forward. The app only allows bookings 6 days in advance, so we emailed support and got it done in 2 emails.The branded minivan was easy to spot, and was marked in the app. Loading the bikes was quite quick. Ryan, our driver, was great company on the drive.5 stars. Will use the service again. Would recommend.
