Coffee tastes awful here as does the food. They get your order right it just tastes awful. There is usually a really long line up.for the drive thru too.

Love the customer services here! Staffs in general are nice and have smiles on their face to greet you. I've never seen it in other Timmy at all.

I ordered a turkey bacon club in the drive thru. First time I got it, it had the wrong sauce and the bread was fully burnt. I asked for another one and the bread was burned again. An ignorant employee said “that’s how it comes out” and when I asked them not to toast it then she said it’s the last time she’s remaking it.. this was a very rude and unnecessary comment to make to a customer when you can’t make a sandwich right. Got zero response from her supervisor that was watching the whole thing.

Staff were really nice, even the customers coming in were very friendly. Everyone kind of seemed to know each other in a sense, but they didn't.Edit: A response to the owners comment... I'm not loyal to Tim Hortons at all, infact I've stopped going to most because the products and service have been becoming worse over the last few years. But that is a generalization of all Tim Hortons not specific to your location. Since you are a franchise and serve the same products as every other Tim Hortons, I can't review thoes specifically and therefore the only thing that can set you apart would be how you prepare the producs (which seemed to be about the same level of quality as most other locations), and how your staff present themselves. In your case, I belive your staff set themselves apart from other locations, especially paying attention to my 4 year old son.

This location can never figure out how to efficiently run the location, no matter whether you go inside, use the drive thru, it takes 5x longer than any other Tim's in Peterborough even, I'm not sure if it's because of poorly educated staff, or if it's due to staff who don't care, but as a previous employee at Tim's I know they don't meet the tim Hortons standards that are expected from corporate

Bacon is left sitting on the counter waiting for you to order it.Keep foods out of the danger zone, between 4°C (40°F) and 60°C (140°F) to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria. Throw away any cooked food left out at room temperature for more than two hours.I saw this and avoided ordering anything with meat as they don't know safe food handling basics. I ordered a Bagel double toasted. They don't double toast and say the do. lie to your face

I come here daily and twice in the last 4 days I have been given the wrong order. I am sick of this place and the fact that at 7am on a Sat with 2 CARS IN LINE, they mess up the drink ORDER just shows the incompetence and/or work ethic this location hires. When I called the girl basically snickered and didn't care, didn't offer anything. What a joke this franchise has become.Won't use your store anymore. Nice job guys.

Every time I go here and get a Bacon Farmers Wrap they put sausage on it! Why is it so hard to put bacon on my wrap. They type it in as bacon and I still get nasty sausage. Won’t be wasting my money anymore.
