I had an amazing experience with Serenity Sound. I was planning a surprise install of surround sound and new TV in our living room and outdoor sound on our patio for my wife’s birthday. Jason was so helpful in accommodating my schedule to keep it a secret and made completed a perfect install for the big reveal.

We were referred to Jason and Serenity Sound and Cinema for our home theater installation. He is professional and has complete expertise in all areas of A/V. He was always on time and explained how our system works for the optimal TV sound experience. I highly recommend Jason as he attention to detail is exceptional. A great company to work with and I will refer him to all of our friends.

We had Jason help us set up our new TV and speaker system in our recently renovated basement. He came out early in the project to discuss ideas and options for us and helped us find an ideal system for our space and budget. He was flexible with our construction schedule and also kept us informed of any product delays/issues. He installed wall speakers as well as ceiling speakers in the family room and bar area for ultimate listening flexibility (movies, music or either).We are so happy with our finished space and love family movie nights in the basement now!

I had the most wonderful experience with Jason and Serenity Sound and Cinema. I knew they existed, but had never made the call. While in attempting to buy my mom a TV and have it delivered and installed at my local blue and yellow electronics store, was frustrated that this big blue and yellow store would not take my moms check. I called Jason and he jumped into action. He had the same TV and soundbar in stock. He had everything delivered and installed within 2 or 3 business days of my call! My mom was super happy! He even hooked the cable up for her and made an extra call to the cable provider to iron out an issue. A level of customer service that is hard to find anymore. His delivery date was weeks ahead of what the Blue and Yellow box store was offering, and his price was actually slightly cheaper than their total with delivery and all. I could not be happier with Jason at Serenity Sound and Cinema for knocking it out of the park for my mom, and coming through when we were in a pinch. He also had no issue taking the check! Thank you Jason, highly recommend him for high end, or even just regular TV installation like my moms instance. He is WAY better than big blue and yellow in my experience. We live in Rogers, MN and we built our house 6yrs ago. We added almost everything we wanted to in the process. The only exception was surround sound and a projector with a drop down screen. We were very unsure of the complexity and cost of such a project. Despite the fact we had a finished basement, Jason was very confident that his team could get us the home theater system we wanted.We couldn’t be more pleased with how our system turned out. We highly recommend Jason for anyone looking for a great system!We can’t say enough about how honest, fair and reliable Jason and his team were throughout our process. They even provided us with a solution to a challenge we faced with our finished basement. Jason recommended a great contractor to help us build custom woodwork around our screen, which couldn’t be mounted in the ceiling due to duct work getting in the way. Most people we’ve worked with would leave us to find our own solutions and our own contractors. They truly are full service and care about their customers’ satisfaction with the entire job.

I've purchased 2 TVs from Serenity Sound & Cinema that included installs. Jason was knowledgeable and thoughtful in providing options for the right brand of TV that would work within my budget and offer me all the features I wanted. Both installs included moving existing TVs to other spaces in my home, and Jason included that as part of the service package. For the more involved installs that included drilling into my wall and running cables, Jason took meticulous care to minimize the holes and thoroughly cleaned up the dust and dry wall afterwards. I found the whole process both times to be easy and appreciated Jason's responsiveness to all my questions. I'd highly recommend!

Jason and his team were AMAZING!!!! He helped create my dream theater/movie space in my home And got me the ATMOS speaker set up I always wanted. He was clear on what was needed and gave a few options in different price ranges in order to stay within my budget comfort zone. We moved into Minnesota in May. Large home with no a/v to speak of. I had a few A/V companies come out for estimates. Jason understood what I was trying to accomplish here. Home Theater in the basement and bonus room and music throughout the house. We also enhanced the TV sound in the living room off the kitchen. He helped me stay within my budget and still provided us with quality equipment. Installation was professional and they cleaned up the areas worked in. Now our house rocks!
