Excelent service. Beatifull people. Nice and affordable souvenirs. They let you borrow a bike for free. A must place to visit. Recomended.

Lovely stop. The staff is great. Lots of helpful info and inspiring travel ideas. The staff is helpful and super friendly. Maybe a bit more variety in tourist souvenirs would be nice.

Such great conversation with the staff here!! So glad we visited and popped in to buy PG stickers. Many other great souvenirs and some free perks too(chapstick/reusable PG bag).

Closed the first day we arrived, but the security guard there had to be one of the nicest guys we met on the entire trip. Got to say goodbye to him the next day when we dropped by :) Cool little gift shop and some info on the area.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helped us with all our questions as well as offerring some nice suggestions to visit as well. I would definitely recommend stopping in when in the area. They also had fishing rods to borrow if you were just in town for a couple of days and wanted to try fishing in on of the many beautiful lakes around Prince George.

Great if you're wanting to plan some fun whilst in pg. I didn't need any of their services, but I was impressed with how much information was available for some outdoors fun for people visiting. Went in to grab some little cheesy keepsakes for family and everyone was very nice

Ended up coming here after 97N was blocked.Friendly staff showed us around Prince George. She gave us everything we needed to know about northern B.C and Yukon. She even helped us find when the highway would reopen since the highway was our only way to get to where we needed.Definitely check this place out if you need help navigating!

Nice tourism office located in train station downtown. Staff were friendly, lots of information books and cultural art. Gift shop also available. Only downside is location can be sketchy.
