These guys are either incompetent or clueless, or both. They screwed up my friend's payment and then told her it was her problem. I tried to explain, using simple words, but he took no responsibility. Then, on our way out, asked, Are you good?" LOL! I would not recommend them for buying a phone charger

I was there Sunday the 25th with my mom and the guy who helped us was extremely nice. My mom wanted me to leave a review. He had kind of longish hair I don’t remember his name tag.

HORRIBLE SERVICE - It's freezing outside 2 customers inside - 2 customers outside including an elderly lady. Staff should use some common sense and decency. Why not let her inside? The store is certainly big enough to accomodate another person inside even with extreme covid protocols - which they are hiding behind. What other reason could rogers give for leaving her out in the bitter cold. I went to get 2 converters replaced and was told bruskly that they don't have any and haven't had any for months . No apology - just go somewhere else or go online. Why not try - i am sorry - we are out of them at this location, sorry for the inconvenience, you may go to storexx located atxxxxx. They will be happy to help you.... too much to expect great customer service from Rogers. At least from tge Rockwood mall location. Zero stars.

Wait outside to let people can last 10-15 mins. This is in middle of Jan below freezing. Waste of time, store folks are completely unhelpful.

It was Freezing outside and they didn’t allow me and my 90 year old grandfather to come inside. They said they were at capacity with one customer inside. Shame on the staff learn to respect your customers.

Worst place ever! I have been with rogers for more than 13 years! I went to the store to get a new SIM CARD, shop for a new phone ask questions etc and I can't get in without a photo ID! What???????? And it has to be physical. On top of that you gotta speak into a speaker.I’m a client and not only a client I'm with ROGERS!

OPEN YOUR EYES ROGERS! this store is managed by a very unprofessional Manager his name is KRIS! I stepped in the store by 5:50 to return my device but this guy at 6:08 started saying i cannot help you out after 6:15 even their is enough time to solve my problem !wow man what type of manager you are! Thanks Kris for switching me rogers to bell! Rating of store explain everything brother!I cannot explain whole story here but i know one thing these type of manager are working against the company!

They crewed up payment and SIM was not activated after it was handed over to me and stated that it is ready. Autorenewal was not set properly ending up setting up phone non operational. When tried to return upfront edge device, they stated that need owner of account to be phatically present at store despite owner was on video call with proper id's authorized return. Manager is incompetent and not even tried to help/solve any of issues.
