Guy was nice but he completely wasted my time. I reached out to them days in advance to look at a car and even scheduled an appointment to test drive the car. I drove 45 minutes to see the car and upon arrival, the car was not even on the lot. We then had to walk over to this parking lot with over 60 cars parked in front of each other and low and behold, the car that i was interested in was parked at the very back, behind a row of about 10 cars. I could barely even get into the car because each car was parked inches (if not even that) apart from each other and the battery was dead. He then told me that if i was interested he can move all of the cars parked in front of it and he can boost the battery. There was another person looking into another car as well and he was the only person working at the dealership so I knew i would have to wait at least an hour for this to be done.Frustrated and completely turned off by the experience, i decided to not bother and took my business elsewhere.Would not recommend this place.

Beware buying wheels and tires from this dealer. They lied to me online about the age and use of the tire when it’s easy to just read off the sidewall and then refused to tell me how much tread was left on the tire.They WILL try to fleece you to get you to buy some junk that they’re misrepresenting in their ad. Definitely don’t buy from them without checking for yourself and don’t bother unless you know enough to not get scammed.

Sold me a car that was as is condition but also told me the car would run good for about a year or 2 without changing anything which was fine didn't plan to have it long ended up driving it home Nd the muffler snapped off due to rust and got a new muffler for 360$ now it has only been 8 days since I left the lot and now my altenater is shot and Got stuck in the side of the road now paying 270 to get it fixed.. Lmao what's next to go on the car the guys a dirt bag and smokes in his office makes his cars look good Nd sells them to vulnerable people then takes the Car off the lot and pulls parts and puts old ones in once cash in his hand moral of the story don't buy from these guys place is a shit hole disgusting people yelling on the phone.

Price is reasonable. That could be the reason that not too many vehicles to choose from.The lot is very small and it's shared between 3 places. Cars are all over the places. Customers have to squeeze in to any open spots.Sales people are friendly. Will let you drive the regular road and the highway for test drive.Office is very small, no fresh air and they smoke inside.

The owner was nice and serious. Had, at that time, a lot of vehicles to choose from.I bought a car in a speedy and efficient manner

I have no reason why the staff is so friendly, taking my time to see the vehicle, and was told that the price is 3000 more than it was advertise on line, totally a scam, will advise others never come here again.

Terrible attitude towards customers. I saw an ad on Facebook and asked a few standard questions about the condition of the car, to which I received an answer that the car was not available. Ok, I thought and clarified that it was sold. To which Skylar replied that the car was cheap (6500) and that it had wear and tear, so it was not available to me. In the context that you ask too many questions and it's easier for her to kick me out than to sell me something. Very rude!

I helped my daughter purchase a 2017 Subaru Impreza from Skylar at Why Buy New. It was complicated as we live in Kingston and I wanted a Subaru dealer to inspect the car before agreeing to purchase. I was nervous about dealing with someone 2.5hrs away and, honestly, with a host of not so great google reviews. I can say without reservation that our experience was terrific. Skylar did everything he said he would do on time and was great to communicate with (replied to texts and emails after hours). He let us drive the car to Markham for a 2hr inspection at Subaru without any reservation. The car is fantastic, we were very happy with our experience and would buy another car from Skylar. We had one very small problem after we got the car home and Skylar dealt with it immediately. Totally professional. I can't speak for others or for their experiences with Skylar but that is a summary of ours. Well done Skylar!
