Bad experience, will never come again.The staff was VERY VERY rude. And can't even take your handbag into the fitting room. So who's taking the responsibility of losing anything from the bag or even the bag? RIDICULOUS!!!DO NOT EVER GO THERE. :)

It takes a lot to get me to waste my time to write one of these things, but this place takes the cake for inept management.I came across their website by accident when searching for a Sacai shirt online. The name was strangely familiar as I had seen its branding on a tacky Rolls-Royce in my neighborhood (should have been the first warning to stay away). I noticed they had a bunch of Moncler items on discount online but it was all final sale and sizing is difficult for me. Since they only have one store and it’s in Gastown I decide to call to make an appointment to come down that day to try them on. The pleasant sales person said the items were all in the office but they can bring them in for the next morning , so I made arrangements to come in the next day. I came in the following day within an hour of the sales person calling me to confirm that the 4 jackets and sweater were now in the store.The first problem was that the pure white jacket that was being sold online as FINAL SALE had a bunch of small blue ink dots all over the jacket. (Let this be a warning to anyone buying from them online) The next issue shortly followed when I was informed that they would not honor any of the prices that were from the day before when I called to come in to see/ try the items. I was about to buy at least one jacket and one sweater, while making arrangements for my partner trying to come in at the end of day to possibly buy another jacket, however after that news I promptly dropped everything and walked out.A complete waste of my time. Lesson learned: I’ll skip amateur hour and Mr. Lo’s stores and stick to Holts, Harry Rosen and Simons where product care and consumer loyalty actually mean something.

Store was ok to go into until I was followed around and treated like I was going to steal things, would give a zero if I could. Staff are not friendly either. Very degrading and judgemental.

Have made a number of online orders with Roden Gray over the past couple of months. Love their selection of Good Art HLYWD. The next-day shipping option via Purolator is excellent. Has been extremely reliable. Have received all my orders to Winnipeg without delays. I appreciate the timeliness that Roden Gray has shown getting the orders out. It is really fast and appreciated. Thank you! Glad I found your shop and hopefully will be able to travel and visit in-store sometime.

First time making online order with this boutique and it was my fault not figuring out sizing before placing order. Staff are super helpful and professional to solve the issue. Very customer oriented overall.

Edit of my previous review:Bought an item as a Christmas present in one of their sales. Had an issue with the product as it was washed once according to the instructions on the label on the garment and sadly the colours ran together, making the garment unwearable. While our first interaction about the issue wasn’t the greatest, they did come back to me and go above and beyond my expectation in rectifying the situation.

I bought this coat a week ago from them but heard nothing since, then they cancelled my order with a stupidest reason I ever seen and backdoor my item to a seller 6 hours after they sent the email. What a scam! Stay away from them at all cost!
