We booked our second home with Townwood, and the entire team was wonderful to work with. The main person assisting us was Michel in Sales. He always provided prompt, thorough responses to any queries or worries we had. Also, Tamara in Head Office and Yulliana in Design Studio helped us out throughout the process as well and they were fantastic. Working with Townwood was a lovely experience

I am not sure why people are giving them such good reviews. I have my townhome in Brampton closed October 2020. Since then, there have been so many issues and not even 1 resolved by their team. I had raised in Tarion yet nobody cared to come and fix it. I am now having issues with my ceiling in 2022 not even 2 years from closing where my living room has a major leakage and they would not fix it because 2 years have passed. I want to remind them, that even my warranty problem was never fixed. The construction quality is downgrade to another level. I really wish there was a way to sue these developers who are selling us terrible quality of construction.Do not waste your money on their terrible construction quality and terrible after sales service. Rather go for reputed developers.Very bad experience so far.

We absolutely love our new home! Exactly design how I wanted, We appreciate the work Tonny and Michael does for us and they manage the process was smooth and everything was done absolutely fabulous. Wonderful experience, with great people and it is a beautiful home. I couldn't be happier.Thanks

One of the best builders in the market. This is our second home with them and they have been amazing with their customer service .Especially their Sales team is great and have been very supportive throughout our new house purchase and closing experience. We faced one hurdle as lawyer from our side missed something but Michael and his team were great in assisting us in every step from then onwards to the closing of our home. Best Builder and Best Sales Team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Amazing builders! Not only they make extra ordinary houses but the support of Sales and Marketing team is exceptional. I have already bought 2 houses with them and looking to buy my next house with them as well. Big shout out to Leigh-Ann and Michael & Manny as they are always courteous, respectful and go extra mile to help.
