I just received my custom bracelet and necklace from Laura and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The pieces were everything I had hoped for and more. Laura was so attentive and her attention to detail is remarkable. I cannot say enough good things about my experience! This was my first time buying any sort of jewellery or having rings resized. Laura made it so incredibly easy and explained everything including what I could expect to spend and recommendations for longevity and quality of the rings she was working on with us. First ring I brought to her was a $75 ring from a thrift store that she resized and added a stone to, turned out absolutely beautiful (big flashy looking one). The second ring was very important to my fiancé and I it was her great great grandmothers ring. Laura completely redesigned her ring to be more sturdy and better for everyday use (flower shaped one). The redesign completely blew us both away, essentially a fully custom new ring with all the stones from great great grandmas old ring. Price for everything was incredibly reasonable and Laura did a wonderful job of customer service, making us feel so comfortable while adhering to covid cautious measures.Thank you Laura so much for your help! I have purchased several pieces of jewellery from Laura. Each time has been an outstanding experience. She is great at offering ideas and honest opinion. Buying jewellery is a big decision and with Laura she makes you comfortable and confident in that decision. And of course, my wife has loved everything she has received.

John and Laura are a fantastic team to work with. I went to them to have a custom engagement ring made and they were very helpful and informative throughout the entire process, even with multiple revisions to the rendering. They were able to get the ring done for me in a expedited timeline and help achieve my plans.11/10 would recommend!

I didn't make it easy for my partner to choose an engagement ring. I was indecisive about design, stone(s), colour, but firm that I wanted something ethically made and not from a box store. My (now) husband met with Laura who asked about who I am, my personality, what I do for a living. She got to know me and designed a ring that sings to my personality like I wouldn't have even imagined. She (and her husband and Dad!) were just gems to work with, thank you Laura!

Had a very hard time finding the style of engagement ring my now fiancee was looking for. John and Laura were extremely helpful, got a clear understanding of what I wanted, and a week later had a rendering of the design and a selection of diamonds ready. Zero pressure felt throughout the whole process, and they seemed genuinely interested in exceeding expectations.
