I referred a close friend and my brother to Sophie. My friend was being treated poorly in her workplace because of her religious beliefs and desire to become a mother. My brother had been given an unfair ultimatum at work. Sophie spent the time listening to their situation and needs. She then carefully worked with them to ensure they had a structured case. Sophie is professional, warm and extremely helpful. Both my friend and brother are much better off because of the service Sophie provided them with.

Sophie was Often rude, no correspondence for over a year. No flexibility on payment even through covid. Left me high and dry at the most critical part of case. I moved 2 years ago, she just sent a document today saying for 3rd party to contact me at an address I haven’t lived at in 2 years. Feel scammed, obviously I wasn’t but I paid thousands of dollars for her assistant to send letters.
