They were super helpful and did a wonderful job with my alterations for my dress!

Lady was really rude. I just asked her to make a little adjustment and she was asked for $20 dollars. Previously she took 150 for no reason. Greedy people. Don’t come here they don’t have manners how to treat a customer.

Great customer service. I went in to get my wedding dress altered and they did it in tight timeline and with perfect fit. Prices are pretty. reasonable. I would recommend them for your tailoring needs

I wanted to be excited about this place. A nice local alteration-ist and I love supporting local small businesses. The service was quick and friendly. I paid $20 per dress to have shortened and I think $14 for a pair of pants hemmed (good job on the pants). Unfortunately, the quality of the alterations was poor; more specifically on my dresses. There is a lack of attention to detail. Plus, they do not leave a bit extra material in case they were hemmed a bit short. I have attached pictures here. Just be mindful of what you are looking to get done if you go here. Would I go back? No, unfortunately not.

I was extremely disappointed with their work. I took a gown for hemming. The colour of the thread they used was off and the stitching stuck out. The lines were not straight. There were threads sticking out that I had to clean up. And they handed me my gown in a white plastic bag like it was garbage even after I had made sure when I was dropping it that my dress was going to be pressed.I had also asked them to reinforce my buttons which they agreed to do and they didn’t because while I was dancing at a wedding my dress flew open because the button fell off. I was mortified. I am sorry that I chose to bring my dress here and trust the other reviews I read.

Amazing customer service!! I called on Tuesday with a costume emergency that needed to be ready to wear Friday morning. I ordered a costume for my daughter from overseas and it was way too small. The first place I called said it was impossible ". Then I called Rita's and was told that "anything is possible...just bring it in and we'll see what we can do". Well

She was nice, efficient and allows only one customer at a time to allow for a safe space. Will return! Silk dress for my moms wedding fit great!

WORST TAILOR EVER! DO NOT GO HERE! 1st of all the pricing is ridiculous and when I got my things back they were not done correctly or even on time. I had to wear outfits to a wedding that I got back last minute and had to pin them with safety pins myself. After the event I was told I could come back to have the items fixed even though the event had past and she did not hold up her end of the deal and has not fixed my items. They are now saying I will have to pay for a 2nd time. Absolutely HORRIBLE service... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD TO COME ANY TIME FOR FIXING OF ITEMS
