Booked for 12:50 on a Friday. Arrived early with my partner (12:40) at 12:30pm. There were maybe 5/6 people ahead of usThere's a TV to display who has checked in and goes in nextWas called in at my time 12:50 to an empty booth. Waited 5 mins for the nurse. Asked standard questions, grabbed my blood and then went on my way. Was able to pleasantly leave at 1pmStaff are doing their best. Everything seemed clean, every interaction was niceThe appointment booking essentially slots you into a time. Else walk-in seemed like a good option too

Came to this lab at 330pm on a Friday. The tech was leaving as I was arriving. Told me they close at 1pm. I told her the website says 4pm and I had to wait for child care so this why I was just arriving. She did tell me to go to another lab on college, I realize this isn't her fault, I always have fantastic service at this location, but it's infuriating that you are advertised as being open until 4pm and leaving early. Change your online hours if you're only open until 1pm.

So unorganized. People with booked appointments are slotted after walk-ins. And the appointment time isn’t even honored, a person with an appointment after mine was sent in before me. Tried to gaslight by saying my appointment was actually much later, had to argue and show booking confirmation as proof. What is the point of an appointment? Extremely unprofessional

I've been here twice recently and it has not been a pleasant experience.1. Both times they took two attempts to get my blood, which has never happened to me before in my life.2. Despite making an appointment I had to wait past the appointment time by 15 -20 minutes, the second time they even lost me from the queue. The staff are sullen and unfriendly.3. The second time I was placed in an unkempt room with scrunched up paper towels - I understand they have a lot of turnover but one would think basic hygiene standards are required.4. The phlebotomist who missed taking my blood did not acknowledge it or say sorry, she told me to press on my arm and left the room without a word. I found she was extremely rude. I understand that it can be tricky to get blood sometimes but some basic human courtesy that they've caused pain and bruising would go a long way

This location opens early so use that to your advantage, no different from any other lifelabs. I gave them an extra star for being friendly, fast service and no line for showing up early.

The staff are lovely. Sadly whoever off sight is booking appointments book to many people. Therefore, there's a lot of frustrated clients. Wait times can be far to long.But the staff are great

Typical Lifelabs. Nothing special but also not as bad as a number of people here seem to note.Staff is fine. Not friendly but if you want to make friends go to the bar across the street. If you want to get blood work done then remember 1) the person at the counter is just a RECEPTIONIST, 2) you're likely not the nicest person that the Phlebotomists are seeing that day either. Grow up it's a blood lab.Bathroom can get dirty at times. But I bet you couldn't keep yours clean with 15-20 people an hour using it either. One time I visited I noticed that someone before me had missed the toilet by quite a lot. I informed the receptionist and she had someone clean it right away. So, maybe instead of complaining online about stuff, you may want to be a little more proactive.As for wait time with an appointment vs walk-in, sometimes its good, sometimes its bad. But hey tell me any medical office these days that are on time. Bet you waited at your family doctor's office longer.

The ladies that run this clinic honestly are so sweet and do a great job. Make an appointment they see you on time. Had a 1230 appointment was back in the office 10 mins away before 1:00pm.

Both times I booked an appointment I waited over 40min past my appointment time. I'm not convinced making an appointment makes any difference, seems like I'm just slotted in with the walk in people. I showed up 10min to 15min eary, wasting even more time than walk ins.

Fairly good lab in the area. Highly recommend booking an appointment. When I went around 11:30, it seems like if you walk in, you will be waiting like a hr. If you book an appointment, your wait time seems like 10-15 mins which is very reasonable. The staff are pleasant and professional but very busy. The experience was painless, fast, and easy.
