I have been going to Sleeptech Surrey for over 15 years. From the first day and throughout the years I have always been helped by the most caring staff. They have been genuinely interested in making the quality of my life better through a solid night rest, something I never had before I got my CPAP machine. There are several members of that team who have remained in that office and bring many years of experience, kindness and knowledge for which I am grateful.

have been dealing with SleepTech and they were amazing until I kept calling to finally about a year later I get told my therapist was transferred and vital air bought SleepTech Then the recall and I went without a machine for over a year. It really affects. My heath. Then I finally get a replacement which has been nothing but problems and not working properly. The water never needs to be replaced. I wake up every hour with dry throat and mouth. I called so many times and no reply. Yesterday I called and asked them to switch my file to another sleep clinic , I got a message bank RIGHT away. She said that yes you can definitely switch clinics. Let me know so I can transfer the file. My sleep therapist is absent. She never returns calls or have the machine checked. They are now awful and the have the lowest rating in all sleep clinic. They don’t care about the patients just the money.

I have been a customer of Sleeptech for almost 20 years, currently on my 4th CPAP and mask, each one more comfortable, quieter, less bulky and easier to use. Customer service has always been excellent. Using a CPAP has improved my sleep, my health and my life immensely. I would never deal with anyone else but Sleeptech.

I have been on CPAP for over 15 years. Sleeptech was not my first company but has been my CPAP supplier for the last 10 years. They have been able to answer all my questions regarding therapy, and have a very knowledgeable staff versus other companies I have tried in the past. May cost more than online products but I would rather deal with people who can help direct my therapy than be guessing if everything is correct.Merlin

I have found Russ, John, and Wendy to be very professional and easy to talk to. I have been using a CPAP machine for 13 years and it finally stopped working so it’s time to change to a new machine. The technology of the new machine is outstanding. I can see how many hours a day that I have been using the machine. That was not possible with the old machine. Also, I don’t necessarily have to push the on/off button when starting/stopping the machine. I place the mask over my nose and the machine automatically turns on and when I remove the mask, the machine automatically turns off. How convenient is that! Don’t wait 13 years like me to get a new machine. You maybe missing out on some technological advanced machines that will make your life easier.

I have received excellent service from all the staff. Particularly, from the owner Russ Priestly.I highly recommend them to anybody with sleep apnea.They are also much cheaper than another company my husband dealt with.Thank you.Loretta

Never thought I had a problem, but Doctors pointed me to SleepTech for solutions. The CPAP device I opted for did a great job for me. During one of my post CPAP check ups, Russ noted that there was indeed a new problem (including not breathing even with the CPAP machine) and directed me to a Cardiologist who confirmed A-Fib. It was recommended that I upgrade my CPAP to a BiPAP machine so it would breathe for me when I failed to do so on my own. This really made for more restful nights and obviously helped immensely. I donated my CPAP back to Sleeptech for those that needed one and couldn't afford one, and Monica really appreciated this.Can't say enough about the staff. Very courteous, helpful and attentive and there for you.

From the first phone call, customer service was bad. Receptionist is not at all caring and even talks down to those that have not had a good night's sleep. Just a money grabbing bully. Stay away from Sleep Tech...a blight in Surrey!

I am new to sleep apnea treatment - Sleeptech was my second chance at trying to adapt to CPAP equipment - but I was treated well with my trial - I never felt pushed into buying anything - my therapist said he was here to educate and let me make the decision. The cost was comparable to the competition but I did not feel as if I was being sold anything - it was my decision to purchase what I want for my health.
