British Swim School at LA Fitness - Junction

We loved the experience that we had at British Swim School at La Fitness. We are soo pleased with the staff. They are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Place is very safe for kids to learn to swim. Wish to thank you and your staff for this experience for my both children!

We have been so happy with British Swim School.Mayank was super patient and responsive when we had a million questions, and spoke with us by phone and email several times to help find the right class and schedule that worked for us and our kid.They were super accommodating and worked with us when our 4yo was refusing to get in the water for a few weeks, even having a spare staff member play with her in another part of the pool for the duration of a full lesson once when she refused to join the others, just to help her get more comfortable being in the water.I love their app and how easy it is to book makeup sessions. I was always a little frustrated and annoyed at the other swim school we used to attend (it had no makeups and kept forcing us to buy their expensive Happy Nappies even when my daughter was loooong since potty trained!), so this has been a nice change. I also get the impression that they are teaching more skills than the other one.We go to the Junction LA Fitness location and they always have more than adequate staffing and Mayank is often there making sure things run smoothly. All in all a very friendly and professional operation and I definitely recommend it :)

Wonderful swimming school. We are very happy with coaches. My kid loves it. There are some good results we can see already. Mayank is a great manager! Highly recommended.

Finding this swim school has been wonderful for our two children. They have progressed so much in their swim and water safety skills. The classes are small and the instructors are warm and caring. We are very happy with the quality and professionalism of everyone involved and recommend this swim school to all our friends!

Very organized and easy to communicate with, the teachers and staff really care. The schedule is flexible and my kids are super confident in the water. When my son showed vast improvement in his level, they swiftly moved him up, and made sure it accommodated my other child's lessons. My kids have improved their skills so so much since starting at BSS and we love it. Huge shout out to Alex, who is amazing!

The swim classes were a great way to get our son involved in a small focused group working towards some comfort and fun around entering the water. We are so pleased with the outcome, it has given us great experiences when taking him to other swimming excursions with family, and it really shows its merit in those moments. Thank you again.

My swim hesitant (and shy)daughter is really enjoying the classes! Instructor is awesome. The Small groups make such a difference. And the consistency of weekly classes is key. No more waiting for registration dates to see if you “got in” at your pool. Definitely the way to go for us.

our 2 children have flourished in this swim school. We noticed a huge improvement within a couple of weeks and we are very happy with their progress. The facilities and teachers are excellent. Highly recommend!

Positive experiences for our son who is 7. He has gained skills and confidence, while enjoying going to each class. The facility is clean and well maintained and management is always willing to chat about concerns or questions. Having the app and being able to have make-up classes has been great for our busy family.We have tried other swim programs but so far this is the best for learning safety and swimming technique. Would and have recommended British swim school to anyone looking for swim lessons.tips: Parking can sometimes be a bit busy, but there is plenty at the LA fitness location, come dressed before saves time.
