Clore Beauty Supply - Bloor West

Longtime customer but will not go back. As I entered the store I asked for assistance. Received assistance in choosing supplies. Paid for supplies and kept my receipt but set off sensors as I walked to the door. I was treated poorly and luckily had kept receipt for supplies bought. Tags had been removed by cashier. I think they target people for security check. I will not shop here again. Online from now on.

Went shopping at Clore with a friend, which can be very overwhelming due to the abundance of stock. I'm so very impressed with the staff at Clore. Both Aylssia and Naomi were an absolute dream. They were helpful, kind, well spoken, communicative and an true pleasure to benefit our shopping experience. Personable and excellent at solving our needs.

Can we all just stop supporting these stores… the customer service is always absolutely garbage.You hire people based on the wrong standards and they will lead you to lose customers, such as myself.I’m not sure who runs this store or who the manager is but, I’m absolutely disgusted with the service I received and what I experienced in your store.It will be my last time, plus all those I’ve told about this experience.

My fist time at this location, they had a wide variety of hair products. I think customer service would have been more helpful with approaching customers and asking if they needed help. Other than that, we found most of what we needed.

Lots of variety here at Clore. Their staff is also always super helpful with finding items.I wish they would carry the Design Essentials brand so I wouldn’t have to venture so far to find it.Other than that, I can pretty much find everything else I need here!

I have been shopping at Clore for many years and I generally don't enjoy shopping here because of the terrible customer service. However, the only reason why I am giving this store 5 stars is because of Naomi! She is pleasant, professional and actually took the time to listen to my questions and help me find the right products. It's comforting to know that not all good customer service is lost. Thank you, Naomi!

Just left the bloor st location where I was assisted by Naomi. She was great! Very pleasant, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and trouble shoot what I needed as I don’t do weaves often and understand that things and times change. Her patience was greatly appreciated! Shoutout to Naomi for her great customer service!

Normally, my trip to Cloré is always a game of chance, hoping that what I want is in stock. I had called to confirm they had an item and was unfortunately told they didn't. That's when the conversation usually stops, and I find something else. I'm lucky this time around; I had Naomi.I was told to call another location and ask for the item to be transferred closer to me! I never knew that! Naomi offered to call and do it for me, but I didn't want to keep her too long and was happy to do it myself. She was so knowledgeable and pleasant on the phone. This was about two weeks ago.Today, I decided to give Cloré a call and get an update. The person on the phone was so kind and helpful. They checked to see if the item was there and apologized on behalf of Cloré for not receiving a call sooner, as it came in on Monday. I thanked them for their help and asked what their name was. Sure enough, it was NAOMI!Clore is lucky to have someone so warm, welcoming, kind, and professional working there. Naomi really went above and beyond and made my shopping experience great.

I was at this location early this morning around 10 to 11 looking to buy Multiple different wigs and it look like I was the one working in the store I had to walk over to her with the wig in my hand beacuse she was to lazy to walk to me and continued giving me attitude after I told her I wasn’t going to try on the wig I Astor I wanted to see what the curls look like on the way that I chose she told me that she can’t take the week out of the package I’ve been to multiple locations where they were able to show me the texture of the product that I’m buying so Being upset I left the store and came back to see if I can get another associate assist me with the wigs instead of her I waited a bit and only she came thank goodness for BSW on keele where I was able to buy $300 worth of merchandise what a big loss to your store maybe you’d like to review the video surveillance that was taken this morning between the hours and It will show you the rude customer service experience today I will not be shopping at this location ever again I did want to touch the wig I just wanted to see if the curls are to loose or tight to work my face … u guys always do that for me . It was going to come out of the package. Now back to the customer service part how are u going to fix that … stop looking at the product and work on your customer service that u lost a big sale because of poor customer service I wasn’t going to touch the wig or take it out of the package other locations show me the product without taking it Completely out of the package
