I was recommended Granite Kings by a neighbor. When I entered their store I was greeted by Susy. I showed her my measurements and within minutes she provided me with a very competitive quote. They were able to accommodate my schedule and I'm very pleased to say that all steps throughout the process were properly communicated and professional. I'm very pleased with the end product. I highly recommend Granite Kings.The ladies there are great.

Perfect from the start to the finish. I ordered two counter tops for my home and asked for a specific granite, which they did not have. They founded it and brought it in. I was impressed with the highly technical measuring technique, which is very critical when walls are not straight. I had a corner sink and some suppliers do not want to deal with them. The sink was positioned perfectly due to laser scanning method. The installation was very professional and went very smoothly. Strongly recommend Granite Kings.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I had gotten today when I have only had my counter for 16 months I noticed that 1 front corner of a 4 corner sink had come unglued. I sent an email and asked if this was normal after such a short time. I was told they would do a free service call but usually it's only 12 month warranty. I work nights so I had to give up sleep for this service call to then be told you have a farmers sink" you have to do this this and this and this isn't our fault. The guy wouldn't even put some silicone in for me. My sink was removed and re installed by the first people that put the counter top in and now I'm told by this guy "we don't touch sinks". Maybe he doesn't but whoever did my install did. When you actually use a flashlight and look you can see the silicone didn't come close to the edge of the counter like it should have to hold the sink that extends a bit past the counter. The guy had his mind made up the second he seen the sink that he wasn't fixing it or helping someone if he didn't need to. My paperwork would say farmers sink as it had to be cut out. So why waste my time and send someone for a service call to tell me they won't fix it. I'm more frustrated now then if you would of just told me I'm sorry it's 1 year."

First off, if I could give this review 10 stars I would. From the moment we went in there Antonia greeted us. We found a beautiful quartz with her recommendation and we immediately had to have it. We also needed a new sink for our reno which she was able to provide us some options and we chose one that is perfect for us. During our renovation process both Antonia and Susie kept the lines of communication open with my husband and I and the best part was, when they suggested a date and time for measuring and installing, the date and time remained the same. The gentleman who came to measure was very friendly and brilliant at his job, he put us as ease immediately. Today our installation took place and the installers were two of the nicest men we've ever met. They showed up on time, they were extrmely courteous and professional and it was like watching a magic show. They were so thorough and efficient, they did an excellent job and we had a few laughs too. Any reno can be stressful, but I say this from the bottom of my heart, that Granite King's were the easiest, most honest, reliable and efficient of all the contractors that were apart of the reno. Antiona, we can't thank you and your staff enough. This kitchen is perfect because of all of you and we are so grateful. I will recommend your business to anyone and everyone who will listen.

I'm a GC that contracted a group of warehouses in Ancaster. I visited this company to inquire about some stone countertops to have installed in these units. The lady (Sales rep) that was at their shop was not helpful at all and refused to even give me a sample to present to my clients. In my opinion she was rude and her sales rep skills were completely disappointing. The only reason I gave two stars is because their shop was clean and looked great. I would have been happy to do business with you, unfortunately the first impression was far from pleasing.
