Although the food was decent, I was very disappointed in the service. I called my order in a head of time so that I wouldn't have to wait. I asked the lady on the phone if she could kindly help me figure out if she had a deal that could feed 12 ppl, she responded with so you want 12 pizzas for today???" Again I reiterated my request for help on serving 12 pizzas asking what size was best she responded with " well I need to know how many pizzas you need" if I'm requesting help on sizes and deals available chances are I don't know how many pizzas I needed. Again I tried to be more clear on what I was asking

So. When we went in there was no one to greet us. I had to go to the kitchen to get someone. It was noon and a Saturday but restaurant was empty. Waiter was very courteous and humble. Food was really yummy.

I ordered a large pan pizza thin crust for $31.49 . The pizza was totally burnt.Put in the oven by old employee though.

Please minus a ⭐. Wow haven't ordered in sometime thought I'd treat myself. It was terrible. If disappointment was a pizza! Instant regret. Plus it was lukewarm and the sauce spilled in the bag. And they were scanty on the cheese. Cheese alopecia. Awful! Awful! It was gross. I couldn't even stomach the wings after trying the pizza. What a waste

Ordered one large pizza. They gave me 2 pizzas I was confused so I asked why instead of being polite and accepting that they may have made a mistake while taking the order they started showing me attitude. I order pizza from other locations almost everyday and have the exact same order every time. In the end instead of coming up with a resolution they tell me to have a good day and leave the store? Worst experience ever. I don’t know if this is there way of trying to make more money but this is absolutely ridiculous and when I asked for their name they told me it’s Pizza Huts policy to not disclose their names. I willBe reaching out to Pizza Hut corporate/head office. It’s not about the money if I’m paying you money show your customers some respect. And maybe try to hire someone who is able to communicate in English without some sort of language barrier. Also when I questioned the second pizza the girls response was “you couldn’t tell from the total when you paid for it”

This was the first Pizza Hut in town, now it’s a scar in our town. The management is rude and unforgiving. I got burned and over cooked pizza and I complained to the manger, Simar, but she refused to compensate me and she called me racist because I asked her I can speak to her in a different language. I am Indian, I can’t be racist to another Indian.

Pizza was very good. The girl could smile a bit. I get girls trying to be cautious around guys but around women? Lol just goes on to show bad customer service attitude. There was a loud customer sitting in the corner who apparently had not ordered anything. Just sitting there the whole 30 min I was there and playing very loud TV on his phone

The workers had their hair loose and touching all the food without gloves with fake nails. They had zero concern for food safety no one in the store but it was filthy. Disgusting
