I am trying water from different areas in brantford, but water from water bar taste like regular tap water. Not only me, we are six families buying water from there and areas, and all are saying the same. Waste of our money , and now we are buying from different area. If you want to pay for regular tap water, go to water bar . I am not lying, Taste their water once and you will know it

We had The Water Bar replace our old water softener a few months ago. The staff were very friendly and it was easy to schedule and coordinate the install. They removed the old unit and we have had no issues. We do back to their store to purchase the bags of salt as they are a bit better quality for only a few dollars more. Would recommend contacting them.

I went to a couple water places in Brantford with some questions about water filtration needs and this was the only place that I was willing to answer questions and give good advice on how to move forward. I didn’t catch the older gentleman’s name. But he is great at his job. Take care.

I bought spring water from the water bar, it is great. I love it.Also I tested TDs of the Reverse osmosis water of them and I compared with Costco water bottles and my house tap water, the TDs of the water bar was the lowest number I ever seen. I am very happy to buy water from them.

We had a water softener installed by the great team at The Water Bar. The staff was super friendly and got us all the information we needed and were on time when our installation date came. We don’t have a laundry tub in the basement and the poor installer walked buckets of water up the stairs in order to properly drain and remove the existing unit. The gentlemen was incredibly friendly and gave us a run down of the equipment when it was completed. Can’t thank and recommend this fine company enough.
