Long Process. Here it goes:For my birthday, my long distanced fiance ordered flowers, a teddy bear, balloons, and a cake. As a grand birthday surprise for me. I opened the door was sure surprised while being on a video call with him, BUT he soon realised that half the order was missing and the bouquet was not the one he ordered. We just wanted the other half of the order.We told the delivery driver, who was nice and explained that he would tell the manager/owner and get the balloons and teddy bear asap.(My fiance also had to remind them about the order the morning of. On the phone they said that they'd forgotten about the delivery today".)When we went inside and looked at the flowers that we got

I ordered a plant, balloon, chocolates and teddy bear from the Mission location for my granddaughter’s birthday. Everything arrived on the day specified, the plant was gorgeous and larger than I expected and the chocolates and stuffy were excellent. My young granddaughter was thrilled.

A family member ordered a bouquet of flowers and paid for the same day shipping for December 22nd.On December 25th she asked how we liked the flowers to which we responded what flowers?".In other words it hadn't arrived yet.Finally

My daughter made a delivery for mother's day, the flowers showed up late! A day late....after our mothers day brunch.Of I could give it a zero I would.The one vase and flowers were dead the next day, with some even dead looking when the arrived.My daughter spent over 150$ and didn't even get to enjoy them.Sallys excuse of not getting them on mothers day was....oh too busy. Get the appropriate amount of staff for special occasions.Would not refer anyone to this company!!!

I'm ashamed to even give one star. I purchased flowers for a funeral and they arrived on time however the next morning the flowers were wilted and brown. I was embarrassed to bring them to the funeral in this condition so I called the florist and was told their new delivery driver accidently sprayed them (they were soaked) in water when he shouldn't have with this type of flower right before he delivered them to me. I was promised a half refund since the flowers will grow back which I thought was fair. It's been over a month and there's no refund for nearly $50 on my mother's credit card statement and they've completely stopped answering any calls or emails when I've attempted to follow up. I was certainly not rude and sent photos of everything which is why they went against their normal policy of replacing them for a half refund. It should have been left at that as I understand mistakes happen but I am now being completely ignored via email and can't get through to them from my number . I wouldn't suggest anyone buy flowers here as the situation was already bad and now I'm expected to hunt them down over a promised refund for flowers that were browned and wilted for my closest family members funeral. It's really shady and heartbreaking over what was supposed to honor a very special family member. All I wanted was what was promised to me and I thought was somewhat fair

Very disappointed with the bouquet of flowers my daughter ordered for me for Mother's Day. Delivery came a day before Mother's day when my daughter requested flowers to be delivered on Mother's day. Lilly's were wilted brown and loose pedals. Other flowers were also wilted stems with black mildew. Filed a complaint the same day received hopefully a refund will be sent back to my daughter with a apology....P.S. this morning I noticed that this bouquet will have to be thrown out very soon as most of the flowers are wilted too far too keep.

I will never purchase flowers at this store ever again. They didn’t even last one day. When I returned the flowers and ask why they did not last, she said flowers only last 24 hrs now get out of my store. Very rude people. For the amount of cost these days for products you would hope you get your moneys worth. I highly recommend not buying from this flower shop. Find someone who stands behind there product. They deserve no stars

Would whole heartedly not recommend this company.I was ordered flowers, a balloon, chocolates, and a stuffed animal for my birthday, which was November 11th. My delivery did not show up. It was supposed to be same-day delivery as they advertise on their website.Two days later on November 13th, they were marked as delivered- but to my surprise there were no flowers outside of my door. The one who purchased them for me called the company and said to check around outside so I did and again, there was nothing. They tried to call back again and customer service kept denying his call, and not bothering to answer. Only in the middle of calling for another few times did they suddenly show up at my door with my delivery, saying they threw in extra flowers for the delivery being late.You'd think hey at least they're here" but then I saw how they came. I saw what they advertised versus what they actually delivered and I was shocked. The bouquet I was given was sparse

I just received a big and gorgeous birthday floral arrangement created by Sally’s Florist! The flowers are so fresh and I LOVE the colours. 2 days later, and my flowers still looks fantastic! This has to be one of the best bouquets I’ve ever received and I feel so happy just looking at it and smelling it.I’m sorry to see so many unhappy experiences in the reviews. I’m really happy with what I received.
