Outstanding customer service. I have purchased and rented equipment from Riteway Equipment Rentals for many years. Anytime I have to come back I am always met by very professional and knowledgeable staff. I purchased a gas trimmer from them about 3 years ago. With my purchase came a guarantee I could come back for maintenance or help. Seems every year I forget how to load my trimmer with new cord and without fail they help me get it working again. Today they not only reloaded the cord they pulled the spark plug and gave it a check over. He let me know nothing was needed so no charge. I really appreciate their commitment to their loyal customers. I will gladly refer all my friends and neighbors.

Good place to buy tools and get machines repaired. They moved to a new location. Bigger store, but access is lesser favorable than before. Especially with truck and trailer attached. Love the big hall situation to load/ unload. Everything incl you will stay dry. Service has improved. Prices are reasonable.

Dropped off a chainsaw that wouldn’t pull. They got it going and upon pick up said it was not broken and didn’t need any work. Could have charged for a service fee but didn't. Super friendly and personable. Gave me a replacement harness for my Stihl weed eater even though I was looking to purchase. Will definitely return for service or rentalswhen needed.

The guys at dynamic have been amazing. I have a Stihl FS38 that has been having many problems and they took care of it without question. Their customer service staff were very professional, friendly and I will definitely be going back for any equipment rental needs.

I have been loyal and tried to buy all my equipment and accessories from this establishment for a couple of years now. I brought my hedge trimmer in as it puttered out and asked for a tune-up/ spark plug; my lawnmower bolt and collar holding the blade broke off so required replacement. After nearly 2 weeks I was advised the hedge trimmer was ready but had to order parts for the lawnmower. I drove all the way to pick up my hedge trimmer and it didn’t start. I was charged $80 for repairs including $3.00 for a litre of gas and the 250 ml tank was empty when I got it. They told me to leave it behind and they wouldn’t charge me for additional work to get it running… wow thanks! Received a second call that the Trimmer was ready to go; guess what… didn’t start again!! And they hadn’t ordered the parts for my lawnmower because they forgot! 3rd time down they had the trimmer running… lawnmower I’m still waiting… I purchased the trimmer for $75 and Rite Way charged me $80 to get it running. I was promised a quote prior to repair and was not given one… Super Mad Not Going Back

Prompt friendly and knowledgeable service for the stihl tools I've purchased there. They explained everything I needed to know and when a new tool broke they fixed it no questions asked.

Heidi was awesome helper, aswell as her mechanic and his advice.. bought a machine an works awesome so will definitely be back to get more machines.

Awesome service, went in to purchase a carb kit, the mechanic came out he set my valves gave me a bunch of tips on how to install kit and tune up. Very impressed with the help and service.

Recently found this Rental company in PoCo. Found out they do small machine repairs so I took 2 older Stihl landscape tools in (gas blower and string trimmer) that were in need of help. Other shops would not touch them because they were 'too old' and told 'just buy a new one, it's cheaper'. The repair guy looked at the blower and fixed it in 10 minutes. They kept the string trimmer, said it would be a week to fix. I got a call the next day saying it was done and works great. Just needed a new part that they had on hand (used but still good). The cost was very reasonable and the turnaround time fabulous. A bonus for a landscape company!Have to say I am very impressed with the 'can do' attitude and their willingness to not throw out something because it is not working properly. In this day and age of everything being disposable, it is refreshing to find people who are willing to put the effort into reusing, and recycling.I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to keep their tools going longer at a reasonable price. Oh and they rent everything too! :)
