I had an appointment. Arrived timely. Abruptly told to sit and wait. Then summoned by that rude woman. Without welcome or intro slaps thermometer on my forehead. Sit down again. After waiting im hailed. Still not greeted by name. I repeat that I have an appointment. No acknowledgement no eye contact. Demanded my card. The vybe was horrid and I wouldn't subject to feeling like an invisible number when my body is involved. Said I'm leaving and asked for my card. As leaving the staff all commented in Arabic saying who knows what. NEVER AGAIN....

I had lost my glasses in Calgary so when I got back here in Aylmer I realize I didn’t have them anymore… I put a post in the community and nine out of 10 said to try them… I call and explain that I need a glasses right away he told me to drive straight to the store and within an hour I walked out with two pair glasses… From walking in the store to the end was above and beyond service… Thank you so so much

Has been the best service I've ever received for our entire family... I had a major eye emergency last year - I lost my vision completely, and their Optometrist saw me upon my arrival at the store, My 3 year old just had her eye glasses replaced at no additional charge when the lenses ended up being too heavy for the frames we selected and weren't staying on her face, and my husband has been going here and ONLY here since a MAJOR eye operation 4 years ago. Excellent service, very professional, kind and considerate! Helpful as ever, curtious and patient as any customer could ask for. I can't possibly imagine how anyone has anything bad to say about this location! Amazing service, great product, and I WILL be back!! They have a very long term customer here with me and my family!

Called to have lenses transferred from a frame to another frame of the same model. Nadim replaced them same day- no issue, very good service

We purchased glasses for my daughter and received an excellent service, a good discount as well as a small present. My child likes her glasses. Definitely, I recommend Laurier Optical.

I am a long time client, have been buying my (and my family's) glasses here for many years.Our son just broke his glasses and we went in to get a replacement (after only 3 months). the owners were so kind and gave us a discount on the new frame, that's what I call excellent client service! And they are ready the same day. I would recommend this particular store to everyone.

Super friendly personnel and I I thought the prices were good.Got my eye exam/prescription done, chose a frame, they made the glasses and adjusted the frames to my face.

Came in for an eye exam. She said she had an opening at 12:50pm, I arrive the person took down my details and charged me the $95 for the eye exam and said comeback at 1:50pm for the exam as the doctor was not here and would be back shortly, I arrive at the storefront at 1:48pm she calls me to say if I could come back at 2:15PM as the doctor was not back yet. OK, came back at 2.14PM, and waited till 2.35PM, and they said he would arrive shortly. I decided to ask for my money back. They charged me in ADVANCE the examination so as for me to comeback. Elsewhere you pay your doctor at the end of the consultattin, your dentist, your grocery store, your shoe shop but HERE they LOCK YOU IN. Better places elsewhere DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE !!!!

My two kids and I had an excellent experience with Laurier Optical! The appointment was arranged to fit our schedule. They have a broad option of frames and lenses. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend them. We'll keep on going there.

We as a family have been a customer of Laurier Optical Aylmer for years. Great selection of glasses but it is the customer service that ultimately is the best that we have ever experienced. Will continue to be grateful, loyal customers!
