Absolutely great customer service I called for a problem I had, and before booking me in the lady on the phone asked me some questions to determine if I needed someone to come out right away or just later on when they’re less busy.After walking me through what to do the fireplace works great however, I am still I’m going to book cleaning later on next month! top-notch customer service definitely earned a customer for life.

A different YYC chimney sweep company did our house last year and left a piece off, resulting in a visit from the local firetruck due to high CO2 levels in the house. My search for a new chimney sweep company had me marvelling at the consistently good recommendations I kept noticing for Crown. After using them, I can say that the hype is truly deserved.The communication from owner's Tina and Jerry is truly stellar from start, to finish. I was pleased with the appointment date and they were able to get us in even sooner with a cancellation. TJ and Jerry were professional, polite and cleaned up as they went. Jerry was inventive in how he solved an unexpected issue and I appreciated both the practical suggestions and the reasonable pricing. So happy to have found this company!

Being a first-time fireplace owner I found the service to be fantastic from start to finish! When I called to book I wasn't really sure what I needed, or even what type of fireplace we have but Tina was very kind and helpful in letting me know what was needed. The guys were punctual, efficient, professional, informative, and friendly! Jerry gave me lots of tips and tricks and answered all my questions. We will definitely be repeat customers! Wonderful experience with the guys from Crown Chimney Sweeps. First they accommodated our request on very short notice to have the chimney and fireplace serviced before New Years. They showed up right on time, listened to our concerns, and then promptly and efficiently went to work while keeping the entire area clean.Afterwards, everything was explained and even tips were given to ensure that this issue doesn’t happen again. 5⭐️ service all around!

TJ and Terry were lovely. They explained how to use the chimney since I've never used one. Tina was also very professional and kind over the phone while setting up the appointment. Good folks and better service.

Really kind people! As a new homeowner, Jerry and TJ were very willing to teach me how to use my fireplace safely and make recommendations for a few issues that my fireplaces have.They didn't try to upsell on anything at all, and I appreciated that a lot as someone who doesn't know anything about fireplaces.They were fast and efficient and visibly did a great job. They've earned my business for as long as I've got a fireplace.

I installed my wood stove myself after discussing it with Tina. They were super helpful the whole way through the process. I'm so glad and thankful to Crown Chimney Sweeps for making every effort to address my concerns regarding our home that appeared to be missing a chimney cap on the exterior.From the moment I phoned, Tina and Jerry were very responsive and eager to help.
