Girl in drive threw today was extremely rude and had an attitude, I went inside to put a complaint in because I was very disappointed. I then seen another worker sitting on the counter. I ended up speaking to the supervisor that was there to report the incidents and ultimately I was satisfied with the end result. COME ON THOUGH.. No need to sit on counters and disrespect customers. I would give a 1start but I'm happy with how the supervisor handled things.

I honestly am disgusted with the quality of foodI ordered a breakfast wrap here with cheese and bacon....The wrap was flat as a board. There was next to nothing in it. It was like I was eating the wrap on its ownThe croissant are always flaky and dry.....the food is terrible!!!!!

A happy more walk that ended in crying all the way home by an icredibly insensitive worker.Quickly popped in on my walk with my dog (certified service dog/emotional support) he's a smaller dog and was in my arms. I was just trying to get a coffee and the lady behind the counter spoke in a very rude tone and demanded to see his papers. She didn't take a steep closer to talk to me, her body language was extremely rude.I don't know about anyone else but I'm not often carrying my wallet on a stroll through the neighborhood.If anything she could have served me and said next time please have his papers.

My son likes to get a hot chocolate and trick" his dad that he's gotten a French Vanilla like him.I know you guys are busy but the added of touch of being a part of the trick and writing FV on his hot chocolate is a huge deal to this little boy

I went to this Tim Hortons today went to order a cold brew was advised the espresso machine wasn't working so I ordered a different coffee. Then I ordered a plain bagel, and a donut they were out of the promotional donut because that promotion has ended (fair I order a different donut) then I went up to the window where the lady working I believe her name is Pat rudely says we don't have plain would you like sesame seed. I was just taken back that again I had to change my order and went oh my god. Then pat rudely yells if we don't got it we don't got it lady" when I told her that was kinda rude to say she just shut the window until my food was ready."

I went to this location and they refused to give me the service simply because they claimed they cant hear my accent, drive to the window. They always pretend not to understand what you say if you dont sound like a white person. Amber (a staff in charge) said she wont give me service cos i was speaking too loud on the phone. She told me to drive away. I will never recommend this location to anyone and i will be going public against this location soon. Most Terrible Tim Hortons location ever!
