Great customer service. I was able to get my vehicle repaired after some vandalism promptly. Courteous, friendly and helpful. And the truck looked great when done. Will use their service again.

I was so upset when my car got side swiped on the whole passenger side where both doors had to be replaced and back bumper repaired. The car was pretty new and Eastside Collision said to me don’t worry we’ll get it looking brand new again. They sure did, you can’t even tell it’s been repaired. They did an absolute fantastic job and I won’t go anywhere else in the future. I will also recommend them to everyone! Also they had fantastic customer service and kept me informed through the process.

My regular shop recommended these people and I put a lot of trust into them. I had my first appointment with them in July 2022 which then there was a mix-up in their scheduling system and they did not have me in their system when I showed up so I missed my first estimate there which closed my claim which we all know how is difficult to deal with MPI and reopening things. Now 6 months past I'm at a year and a half at my claim.... Time Sensitive Now.... book in February with them again and they give me less than a week's notice that they're canceling my appointment again due to the claim I am now seeking another shop because they close my claim twice without even looking at my vehicle and putting me through the hoops and loops with MPI to reopen it. My MPI claim person is not thrilled with this and I strongly recommend not taking your vehicle to the shop. What a nightmare and very unprofessional

My vehicle needed body works from a collision, I took it to the Eastside Collision and Repairs, their professionalism and the attention to details was great. The quality of work and their delivery time was impressive. I will recommend them as well as patronize them again.

They were very professional from start to finish. Every thing was done to factory specifications. I was really impressed by the workmanship, and would direct anybody else to that business.

They always attended to me on time, very professional manner. Gave me a curtesy car in the meantime. Everything was explained to me what they did and some things to be aware of in the future. I was very pleased. And wow they cleaned the inside snd outside of my car beautifully when all was done.
