This place was good till… they lost my car starter fob. And then didn’t put my engine cover back on when I got my car back. Oh not to mention I was told I was going to get a call back and my fob replaced … never happened. Definitely recommend someone else as they don’t follow through with what they say.

I was blown away by their quick service. Especially after a cold snap. I was quoted 50hrs to have my car towed. Hamza arranged to have it towed within 2 hrs and repaired the issue at a reasonable price. I have never left a review before but these guys saved me while I was stranded. Highly recommend.

I had a door not responding to the center lock. They told me we can order a door actuator and replace it for you. I agreed . After they charged me for the price and shipping I took appointment for the replacement, they told me sorry we don’t have the tools to do it, go to another workshop to replace it.I took it and replaced it in a really professional workshop. So if you Mechanigo can’t do a job why you offer it? Is it just to get a part and sell it with tricking people?

Thanks Mechanigo for getting us on the road again after being stranded 3000km from home. We had several problems on our Winnebago with the emergency break & leaking hydraulic fluid. Michelle was AMAZING and diligent in communicating with technicians to get the job done and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. We really appreciate all your help guys! Very impressed with my services here. Heater went in my truck first thing in the morning so I called Mechanigo and they got me in right away. They fixed my heater and changed my oil for an incredible price. All within 2 hours. The owner Nav sat down and talked with me regarding another possible issue with my truck and after doing me up a quote he said it would be better for me to wait and see if the problem persists instead of spending this much money before Christmas. They took on the challenge of repairing a car that had been sitting out since before the pandemic. They couldn't repair it on site, so they arranged for a tow, fixed the car and held for me until I could pick it up a week later. I know nothing about cars, but I can tell you that it has run perfectly since I picked it up.I do know something about customer service, and I'd say that they were very responsive and friendly. The only strange experience I had related to customer service was that they asked for a very large deposit before they started the work. (They started at 80% and settled for 60%, both of which seemed high to me.) They also asked for payment after they finished the work but before I picked it up. This seemed strange to me, but maybe it makes sense for clients who they serve through mobile services.The prices seemed good to someone who knows about such things. They did have to add an additional service once they started working on the brakes, but they worked with me on the price. And it was also reasonable to expect the needed repair per a person who knows such things.They were a pleasure overall, and I would recommend Mechanigo.

Our camper van broke down and we had to get towed into Calgary from Canmore. Mechanigo was super helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. They even found us a hotel that would accommodate our dogs. Our van runs like new after they were done with it. Made it all the way back to Vancouver. Thank you!

I sent my vehicle to Mechanigo on a tow truck not knowing what to expect. its the first time I have used this shop and let me tell you the customer service is amazing. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Nav was communicating with me even on his day off. Michell is very thorough in collecting information and communicated all outcomes and possibilities. Shew was prompt in setting up my vehicle with the right technician and presenting me with accurate timeline. I look forward to bring all my vehicles to Mechanigo in the future.
