Gilded Cage Boutique
We found this store by accident yesterday in beautifully restored downtown Guelph. What a find!!! I can’t stop thinking about all the unique, stunningly beautiful items of clothing!! And so many options from gorgeous silk shorts to classy straw hats for women and everything in between . After checking out their website, I plan to return today to purchase an outfit! Their website doesn’t begin to show the quality and striking items they sell. The shop itself feels like you’ve walked into an authentic high end market in Morocco or India with all its best pieces. The silk !!!! Worth the drive!!

Gilded Cage Boutique
When I discovered this gem boutique in downtown Guelph, I wondered what took me so long! Everything fits and feels like a dream, especially since the garments are often curated for their natural fibres and craftsmanship as well as ensuring ethical practices. I have worn so many pieces and everything is beautiful. Plus Sandy, the store owner, is so friendly and attentive and really cares about her clients' satisfaction. A must visit!

Since discovering this beautiful boutique I have to admit I won't shop anywhere else! The selection, quality, and the fact that I can't find clothing as incredible elsewhere keeps me coming back, and now I bring my friends! Everyone stops to ask me where my clothes are from especially when I travel. You have to check this lovely boutique out!

Store owner is so lovely and helpful. She was so kind to my young daughter while I tried a few items on. Love the selection available. I found a wonderful multifunctional dress that I’ll own forever! Will definitely be back!

The Gilded Cage is a boutique with beautiful clothes. Every time I visit Guelph, I make sure to visit this shop. Sandra is a lovely person and looks good in every one of the items in the store! She is really helpful in putting together outfits for you and is very patient and generous with her time. It's nice to know too that she works with women's collectives and helps them earn a living. The only negative is that there are too many things I want to buy when I'm in the store! I will be back for sure. Thank you Sandra.

This is the best boutique, I have found, for ladies clothes. Everything is unique, and you will never see a ton of people wearing the same thing as you! As a plus size woman, I find it easy to find something that will fit, and look good on me. The owner, Sandra is a true gem, and will go out of her way, to help you find something. You have to go to Gilded Cage Boutique, you won’t be sorry!

Beautiful store and great size options! Absolutely loved the experience. I sit at a 16-18 in sizing right now and I had no issue finding a perfect dress for a wedding this summer. I messaged in advance and Sandra had gone out of her way to set aside a bunch of dresses for me to try on. Fell in love with all them and committed to a blue kimono-inspired dress, up-cycled from a sari! Truly one of a kind store. I will for sure be going back!

Sandra is the absolute best! She supports ethical brands, supports communities in need, and curates beautiful clothing and other products in her store. I have purchased several beautiful items from this shop. My favourite is this wrap dress. I get so many compliments on it every time I wear it.
