I had a very bad experience here, it's not one time every time I get the food from them. I don't know how there food is approved by food inspectors. My son got severely sick after eating there food thrice. So I request food inspectors need to deeply investigate there food and quality, everyone's health matters.

I have been going to this McDonald’s for a while however every time we go we are always parked even when there is not a lineup which is ridiculous.Also the food is always very sloppy and they consistently forget things such as straws, napkins, trays ect. I definitely won’t be back to this location moving forward.Perhaps better management that actually knows how to run a business.

Such awful service with even worse management. None of my order was right and the manager was extremely ignorant and ruined the whole time spent at the store. This location needs serious improvement with their managers.

The worst McDonald's in Kitchener.Cannot believe they are still in business.Drive through kept me sitting for 10 minutes in parking area!! Went inside and everyone is just miserable and there is clearly no control. And the breakfast food wasn't even cooked all the way through!Just horrible. Save your money and time. They need to shut this place down or rehire everyone!

Such a horrible experience literally 40 minutes to sit in the drive thru. finally get my order and no straw and fries cold. walk up to window after they give me straw slams the window. if you can't run your drive thru smoothly then just close it for the night.

Gave enough chances to this location! Drive thru - will 100% make you late to wherever you are going.Went in today, 9 people working - fully complaining to each other about orders. Cashier is not present at the order station- waited over 5 minutes nobody even acknowledged my presence!Employees are wearing jackets with fur directly where food is getting prepped.It took over 20 minutes for our order to be ready, is this fast food or fine dining???0 customer service , 0 hygiene!Will try to avoid this location as much as possible.

One of the worst experiences. They are worst-case in customer service. I always tell no meat in happy meal and plain cheese they always put meat in it and I have to drive back all the way back to tell them. Today was same and the lady at the counter was so rude and she was blaming me and telling me that I don't know how to order. Never coming back. Thanks for teaching me how to order rather than accepting your mistakes. Just to let you know I'm mc d customer even before you joined mc d.

I love this restaurant a lot. It's close to where I love.. I have seen this business growing in a very positive manner. I love the people who work there now and make your visit worthwhile. I would like to thanks Komal. She is a great manager.. she really helped me with making me learn how this McDonald’s app work to get some free stuff..Keep it going team..
