Lids

Went in tonight with many questions and despite the store being busy, I received great service. Left with a Valentine’s Day gift for my bf!

went on 9/27/22 and the staff there when i went were awesome! super nice and helpful manager even picked out a sick hat for me and made an awesome patch!

Both guys working Friday morning rocked the customer service. They both greeted me in a friendly manner and hung back til I needed them. Must’ve gone through half the store and they were patient and there to discuss topics from the actual sizing within sizing (especially for fitted caps) and sports and anything in between. Nice selection of authentic gear as well. Great experience. Left with a classic on head.

I come to this store often, it has really took a turn for the worst. Selection is low and the staff literally stand there with ear pods in, not helping at all.

Got what I needed!Went on a Sunday. Google says they open at 10, they open at 11…! Which I should have realized because I went, it’s in the mall which opens at 11…

Unprofessional. Too busy talking about astrology. Didn't even address me when I walked in. Tighten up!

staff there is rude and dont listen to you and they did not even remove tag from the hat and the are racist toward peoplethey totally ignore you

EDIT: 2nd visit, came to buy 3 more hats. The store clerk (a different one) said that the system doesn't show I purchased a Lids premium membership. The first store clerk did not enter it to my account correctly but I still got charged $12. They gave me the discount this 2nd time but the issue has not been fixed. I am ticked off and will reconsider purchasing from Lids in the future.If the store owner, can respond back to me with a contact email to fix this issue on my account, please let me know. Else, I would not recommend this location. Incompetent staff.1st Visit: Bought 3 hats here and purchased a Lids premium membership. Great shopping experience.

I placed a custom hat with them. Paid close to $100 for it, the guys were rude, one of them actually ignored me, (just one of them was actually nice). They said it was going to take one week to get it done. I came back 2 weeks after and they haven't done a thing! They did the custom work right on the spot. If you want customized work on your hats, look elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend
