We have a Add a Room 10X16 from Gazebo Penguin. We had the problem of removing the screens to wash the windows but it was the windows we had to take out. That being said there is a certain way of removing them and Evelyn at Gazebo Penguin sent a video on how to remove them. Very happy with that video. It would be very appreciated if the video was on YouTube so other customers could easily access it.

I am so pleased with this company. We bought our gazebo 3 years ago and absolutely LOVE it. Unfortunately, due to the weather conditions of where we live, parts of the roof became damaged. I called Gazebo Penguin Inc. and asked if we could buy new panels to replace the damaged ones and they put it through as a claim! They are sending us the panels free of charge. We are absolutely thrilled and would recommend this product and company to our friends and family.

I wont speak for anyone else, but I will say that for my experience with Gazebo Penguin, its product and the Customer Service, I am very PLEASED.. I purchased the 12x18 foot Solarium, and had no problem with the delivery, or parts. Yes, it was a bigger project then I expected, but once set up, it has become our escape from the house, even during the winter past. It has been up for 14 months, and I did find a problem recently, which caused me to contact Customer service, and was very well taken care of, and within days, the problem was rectified and what was needed taken care of. I was happy to also speak to the Boss, Mr. Adler, who could not be any friendlier or more helpful.I thank you Mr. Adler, and his assistants for your Professionalism.Bernie Arce

We had our Gazebo for few months now....its great and we love it. Then we started noticing the holes on the roof and so we contacted the company and spoke with the claim department right away (Maria Kron). Maria helped us all the way during the process...she is very helpful, professional and answered all our questions. We do recommend the product.

Great customer service. I had a shelter canvas that teared up after 3 years with the strong wind we had two weeks ago. I had a chance to talk to Maria in customer service and she helped me out buy a new one that fits my steel structure. She was polite and very professional.I recommend this company !

I bought a portable garage from Gazebo Penguin Inc. 11'x13'x28'Oct. 2019 . through Give Me Shelter (sales rep.)As a first time buyer of this kind of product, didn't have references from where to get it. I thought , will try a Canadian Mfg. (local economy and direct customer assistance . Well, I'm glad I did. I am very impressed with their integrity, warranty and customer service. The cover did have some areas with imperfections , that couldn't be anticipated. The company decided to replace the cover and shipped to my address at no cost. They have my trust and recommendations. I would do business again with this company without a doubt or concerns. Ordered a gazebo from this company through Home Depot . 12x16... only size they had available at that time . Took at least an extra week to receive it compared to the original date that was provide (I get it , because if Covid right?) only to find out we had missing parts and some parts were a different color ... ended up in the customer service department, emails back and forth , pictures of EVERYTHING was sent , even the original boxes to make sure there was no damage... our complaint was not about a damage product but again what ever right ? There must be a reason ... fast forward 2 weeks... still no part , no tracking information and we are hitting voice mail every time we call... next time I will spend my well earned money some place else ! Very disappointed

Would definitely recommend Penguin Solariums, very good product and even better yet EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Very quick to respond and repair an issue that we had. Issue was resolved the very next day!! All in all can't go wrong with GAZEBO PENGUIN AND THEIR STAFF!!!

Love this product and support staff equally. 16x12 gazebo. Everyone needs a shady place in the summer heat. Ceiling fans, lights, couches and a fireplace at the end. Staff is quick and responsive. Great company.

Bought 2 car shelters...Canac brand great product. Had some issues but customer service was excellent and they replace parts quickly if needed. Excellent customer service. They will take care of yours needs efficiently and quickly.
