Chilliwack Tulip & Sunflower Festivals (Tulips of the Valley)
Wonderful place to see some tulips and take pictures with friends and family. Wouldn’t spend more than an hour here, lots of parking and some food stalls around if you need a snack. I wish the general public would respect the rules to not go on the thin paths to not crush the flowers but I saw people doing this multiple times just for their selfies. Otherwise great place!

Visited the fields the other day when it was sunny! Fields were not fully planted with Tulips yet. It was nice for photo ops but some are not yet in bloom.

Came on a rainy day and got caked in mud, so wear rubber boots if you have them. Made the best of it despite the weather. It would have been a nicer experience if they laid more hay through the walkways so people weren't skating all over the place. I had hikers, and I got stuck several times, so you can only imagine how muddy it was. While it wasn't as big as I was expecting it to be, it was still enjoyable (do it once kind of thing), but driving from the island to see this, I guess I was expecting more so I was a little disappointed. The staff we met was friendly, the food trucks however $$$ so we opted out and ate elsewhere.

As someone who loves all things gardening, attending the Chilliwack Tulip Festival has become a much-loved and anticipated annual event for me. It is spellbinding in its beauty, and the vibrant, cheery blooms always make my soul happy! Add in a striking mountain backdrop, and the opportunities for photography are endless. And not only are there tulips, but if you go earlier in the season, you’ll see glorious daffodils, and heavenly hyacinths (loooove the scent)! It’s wonderful that they allow dogs at the festival too, I always make sure to pose my pups on one of the many on-site photo props, or benches. There’s a huge covered area with picnic tables to take a break from the heat of the sun (or rain), food trucks, and a shop to buy the cutest mementos, tulip-themed gifts, ice cream treats, and cold drinks. With 7 million bulbs planted in alternating rows of gorgeous colours, I appreciate the incredible amount of work required to put on a festival of this size! Easy to find, tons of free parking too. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

I recently attended the annual tulip festival in Chilliwack, and it was truly a feast for the senses. The sheer number and variety of tulips on display was breathtaking, with every color of the rainbow represented in stunning, vivid blooms. The festival grounds were impeccably maintained, and it was clear that the organizers had put a great deal of thought and care into creating an enjoyable experience for visitors.Overall, I would highly recommend the tulip festival to anyone looking for a beautiful and engaging way to spend a day. The atmosphere was festive and joyful, and it was clear that both locals and visitors alike were having a wonderful time. If you have the chance to attend, don't hesitate!

I heard much about this festival,so I was really very excited. I insisted my 3 other friends to go to this place with me. We booked 4 tickets in advance. When we reached there, a representative told us some of tulips are dried but we were okay. But when we went there, each and every flower was dried. We were so disappointed. We paid around $80 for tickets but the view was not worth a penny. My whole excitement turned into disappointment☹️☹️. If the team knows the tulips are dried then they should closed it before or refund the hard-earned money back to people.

Going there on a weekday is cheaper at $18 than the weekend price $25 per person, with less people going around the field and lots of parking available. My hubby and I didn’t wait in line to purchase the ticket. They have mobile toilets and food truck near the entrance, and the flower shop. It is a rainy day today, the mud is super slippery and wet. We had to walk slow on the field. All the flowers are beautiful and colourful. Will definitely go for another visit on a sunny day.

We came here over the weekend, but unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. It took us a long time to enter the festival, despite buying tickets online in advance. It was incredibly crowded, and while the tulips were beautiful, I felt the admission price was not worth the experience. We ended up only staying for 10–15 minutes.

Beautifully curated tulips, surrounded by wonderful mountains and lush green fields! Staff member offered to take a photo of my boyfriend and I, and it turned out great! Amazing experience, highly recommend following social media platforms to stay updated on field conditions!
