I am a new home buyer in Cornwall,Ontario and this is my first home in Canada. As a first time home buyer, we might not be fully aware of the conditions and technical terms of a home. Here is the importance of a home inspection arises and I got the right person in right time. I believe, Rick, who did my home inspection is a very good person with a high knowledge in the domain. He explained each and everything with clear details. He was able to provide me the report very soon after the inspection. Rick was able to come to our house in kist a few days of calling him. We were doing estate clean out so we had to get the house inspected very fast. Rick came early and spent more time at the house then was originally planned on. He checked the house very thoroughly and gave us suggestions on some of the issues. The report was done very quick. If i need another inspection in Cornwall, I would call Rick again.
