Peracchia Dentistry

I used to go to Peracchia every month years ago to get dental work done. At that time I was on OW due to job loss. Eventually he stopped working with OW patients altogether and I could no longer go there. While I was there though I tried to be very friendly and he seemed to not want anything to do with me and like everyone else had said, he wants you in and out as fast as possible. He caused me issues with my teeth that resulted in pain and needing another dentist to fix.

I have been with this dentist for 18 years and the last little bit i have been going i have not been happy with them. I feel rushed like he is in a hurry to just get it done. He did work on 2 teeth that weren't even bothering me and now they hurt all the time. He grinded some of my tooth so the tool would fit around my tooth now there is a gap between 2 teeth. He used to be super gentle and awesome not so much with the last few visits. They have also put things through my insurance i have not had done. Make sure they are billing you accurately. Wouldn't recommend this dentist.

If it weren't for the quality of this offices support personnel it would literally have nothing going for it. The dentist is average at best. My dental hygienist, on the other hand, was amazing and was really the only reason I stayed as long as I did. Finally moved on to a better dental office and couldn't be happier

Welcome to your worst nightmare!I visited this doctor in May 2019 because I had tooth pain. His diagnosis was that two of my teeth needed filling. The first tooth that he filled starting aching after a week, upon the second visit he said that there is an infection (because of the incorrect filling) and he referred me to another doctor to perform root canal and extract the infections. This process was very stressful if the specialist couldn't remove the infection caused by Peracchia filling I had to go to a hospital.The second tooth that he filled required revisiting his office 3 times!!! Because he couldn't correctly fill the tooth and the filling broke after each time. I also still had pain after the third visit.7 Months later the first tooth that he filled has broken and after visiting a new doctor, I need a refill for the second tooth!Also, he did a minor filling on one of my front tooth which requires fixing!Stay away from this doctor and save yourself from a lot of pain and cost!

I have been here since I was a kid and have always been treated well, any issues with my teeth were fixed with ease, other pros to this dentistry would be the friendly staff, low wait times and very clean environment!Im reading these petty negative reviews and some people dont seem to understand that everyones teeth are different. Not everyone's teeth have the enamel strength other people do, not everyone is going to have a filling that stays in for exactly 3-5 years. I've had to get the same feeling to the three times and just a couple months and it's not anything to do with Dr Peracchia, has to do with the shape of my tooth it's hard for the fillimg to stay, there's also a lot of wear and tear on this one tooth and the shape isn't the same.I'm only going this in-depth because I hate seeing these petty negative reviews at such a great dentist!

Honestly the worst dentist. Took my 3 year old son there and couldn't even be in the room with him.. didn't see the dentist till the end where he rolled over on a chair from the next room and didn't even greet my son or I. Said nothing at all actually... Obviously not returning so been calling to cancel his appointment coming up.. calling for a week straight and no one returning my messages. Actually quite the opposite I receive a message on my voicemail today saying they are closing cause of virus and will call me back to reschedule his appointment (not from office number)... No I've been calling a week to cancel and left multiple messages get it together!Horribly unprofessional I wouldn't recommend ANYONE go to this horrible dentist office who can't even hire competent secretaries to answer their phones..

Have been going to Peracchia Dentistry off & on for more than a decade. What can I say? The staff are very pleasant & the office & dental rooms are well kept & clean.The dentists that have worked on my teeth have both been very professional. Any questions I may have (even the dumb ones) are always answered & explained very kindly.I also really liked that they were open to any requests or concerns I may have. Overall Peracchia Dentistry made the experience of going to the dentist as pleasant & stress free as going to a dentist can be.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. Everyone is beyond kind and accommodating. Dr. Peracchia is quick and efficient and makes sure there’s no pain. This is the only dentist office I feel comfortable coming to. Staff is always excellent.

He’s changed. He just doesn’t care anymore. Wants you in and out as quick as possible. He caused me the worst pain I’ve ever experienced by breaking an adjacent nerve during an extraction and causing a major infection and told me to see my family doctor for the issue. I did just that and my family doctor was shocked that Peracchia would offer such wrong advice because it was clearly within the dental domain. Saw another dentist who helped resolve the issue that Peracchia caused and literally refused to address.

I come here whenever i have any dental issues whatsoever. I am always well taken care of every time. I have had no problems regarding the dentists, secretary’s and/or medical professionals. Dr. Walter Peracchia has been an amazing dentist to me, and is incredibly skilled. In my experience, all of the staff have been super positive and friendly, while also keeping everything quite professional. It is a privilege to have access to such a quick and reliable dentist center.
