Really helpful service, totally honest with what could/couldn't be done to salvage what was left of my hiking shoes I'd messed up, and super fast turnaround time! Love this place, highly recommend :)

Very unhelpful and did not want to take my sandlas to be fixed. Found another repair place who had no problem taking them in and making them look like new.

Dropped my Dan Post Cowboy boots of expecting to need them to be completely redone, instead they were able to simply repair them and reheel the boots. The job was completed in less than 24 hours and the leather was reconditioned at no extra charge. I highly recommend this shop for Cowboy Boot repair.

I went in to see if they could put new soles for grip and fix the inside soles of my Gucci white loafers, he told me what could and couldn’t be done in terms of leather restoration and that the soles were a quick fix. I was impressed with the time frame and honest service. The rates were very affordable! I will bring all future shoes to him!Highly recommend for any shoe repair Edmonton !

Excellent service and very high quality work. Luigi quickly replace the soles on my shoes and they look and feel brand new. Explained how to keep maintain them and make sure they last as long as possible.

Amazing service and quality of work. Took my grandma's orthopedic slippers in for repair and not only is it as good as new now, it was repaired very quickly so she didn't have to go long without them. Price was very reasonable too! Will definitely be back for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend entrusting your shoe repair needs to Luigi at the Expert Shoe Clinic! An unassuming shop tucked away downtown but don't let that deter you! The service and quality was excellent.I brought several pairs of shoes in for repair, and the man who assisted me was very knowledgeable and was upfront with me on a few repairs that would have only made my wallet lighter. I appreciate that kind of honesty.He did some repairs, which I picked up the next day and after explaining that mink oil was not working for my boots, he spent some to demo one of his polishing products. I purchased it and it works wonders. Even on a pair of Blundstones I have not maintained in years.
