Had a negative experience with the manager. We brought a zippered binder for our teenage son for the start of school. The sewing came apart after only 2 days, so I brought it back. It had been about 2 weeks since we had bought it, so I figured they would just exchange it. That was not the case. I didn't have the receipt. She would not exchange it. She offered me the lowest sale price. I said Costco would offer me a refund. She said, well this isnt Costco is it. She processed a refund after I OK'd it, and wanted to give me 97 cents. I said no way. When I refused the refund she was really angry, and I was fed up. Bad service Staples. I won't be back

By far the most annoying greeter in Staples Canada ever. I was there yesterday and this older thin guy with a face shield and glasses , came up to me every 5 minutes and asked if he could help me with anything , and if i found every thing i was looking for. In total he he stocked 5 time in 20 minutes. Most annoying Staples ever, never going back there, it felt like i was in an Indian flea market.

very helpful staff, went above and beyond to help me out in finding a pair of discontinued beats solo pros. even set them aside for me to come pick up from fredericton and pay once i got there.

I went in to print some thing on their printer systems. I had some questions the guy said I’m can’t do it for you but I’ll try and help you I said that’s fine I just need help his help was useless I asked one of the other people that work there they said follow the instructions and nothing was working I asked for more help they were completely useless there was no one in the store besides me but no one could help me. Last time I come in here

I go in pretty often, and every time 2 or 3 people will walk up eventually to ask me how I am doing, and will offer to help me out. 90% of the time I am not in need of assistance, but it's pleasant and they make getting help incredibly easy. Other retailers NEED to take notes here. The return policy, customer service, competitive pricing and selection makes staples an easy go-to for electronics and stationery.

As a new teacher, I have found many helpful posters online to keep my students safe and sane as they bubble" with their classroom for the entire school year. I decided to print these posters at Staples because I had received such great service and help at the East side location recently. I went to the East side again this time
