I'm mostly posting this review so you catch the hint and fix your services.If I could give less than 1 I would. My package has been sitting in the back of a truck since WEDNESDAY (it is now FRIDAY) because of Local weather delays". It states you haven't even attempted delivery. Care to explain this weather delay? It has been between -7 and -2 with ONE DAY of LIGHT FLURRIES. Now my package which isn't supposed to be frozen for prolonged periods of time has been in sub zero temperature for 3 days. And as your useless customer service reps have told me

is this some kinda joke??? I tracked my package and it says they attempted to deliver the parcel... but in the last 5 hours, I have been sitting at home waiting for my parcel. However, they did not even press the buzzer or call me... and so how can they just say they have tried?!?!?
