The difference between good service and bad service. Stopped into EMCO this morning for a Delta cartridge replacement, even gave the rep the Delta part number. He came back with a Master Plumber item and said it was interchangeable, told me I should have brought the item in to ensure it was correct. I said I gave you the Delta part number, I am assuming you would know the correct part if you are going to give me a Master Plumber item (or at least attempt to pull it up on your computer). Well it was in wrong part number….. Had to go back and return the part as they did not have any in stock. Drove to their competitors down the road (Bartle & Gibson), asked for the same item; had it in stock, charge me a warranty price 1/10th the cost. Told me that these are covered under warranty. What a difference in service and knowledge. EMCO could take some lessons from their competitors.

So much better than Home Depot or that type of place for doing any plumbing repair in your home. Much more knowledgeable than the kid at HD (who gave me the wrong information) and about half the price.Anybody can shop here, not just pros and wholesale. Don’t really have a showroom for fixtures or anything though.

The staff here are always a delight to deal with, very friendly and most of all knowledgeable. They've found the parts I've needed many a time over the years and I'm thankful for their Airdrie location. I try to come here even if I'm working in Calgary as the staff make this location worth coming back to.

There always helpful. Hint for all who buy toilets at box stores, like home depot, Lowe's, costco good luck at finding replacement products for them. You land up most times buying a new toilet.
