Your Highness Headshop & Vape Shop
I was in the store on Richmond St. in London, Ontario on Saturday, which sold water pipes etc. It was the first time I have every been in a store like this. Firstly...it was a very pretty, well stocked CLEAN store. The young man behind the counter was VERY friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and gave EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I learned a lot about your store and its products. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!

%30 off slow day, proceeds to take prices off everything, I’m an honest man like I think most people who buy this equipment is, I ain’t looking to bargain and I don’t want to be “hussled” sell good product at a good price and honesty prevails, also if you’re at all interested in where the product is made please make sure you ask, as I did not. May not be a big deal to most but I do like to know where my money goes, other than that the staff were polite and the building was very cleanStay high ontario.

First time in store. We were served by Corey and he was just awesome. He helped us get exactly what we were looking for and even showed us something new to try. I went to your royal highness today for my first time since I’ve been to London. I will tell you that I’m glad that I did. The customer service was absolutely extraordinary and the piece I needed even though not usually sold by its self made it’s way to me for a fair price by caring and attentive staff. If I hadn’t found my way to this shop today and have this wonderful team of people help solve my problem today then I would have been waiting over a week to get the part that I needed. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who has head shop needs that need to be met with attention and care.
