We had Luciano out to assess our oven initially. Timely and friendly service, diagnosed the issue quickly and priced out the repair for us. Ordered the parts that day. Slava came early the next week, again right on time, and repaired the two issues our oven was having. Works perfectly! We're very happy with the timeliness and professionalism of the service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ProFixIt!

ProFixIt Appliance Repair
Very pleased with ProFixIt, the work they performed is not a service many outfits provide, and made for a very reasonable cost to repair our older model stove. Diagnostic was done in timely order, repair cost was exactly as estimated. There is obviously a very good reason why ProFixIt has such a high satisfaction rating. I now have only their number in my repair contact list and will definitely call them again next time I need another appliance fixed.

Quick service, friendly , respectful and professional. Very careful when moving appliances not to damage anything and very careful with his tool kit that it doesn’t hit walls. Gives a firm quote before proceeding with the repair and gives realistic expectations. Very satisfied with all repairs.

Service rep arrived as scheduled. He was friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed the problems with our dishwasher and our dryer. He ordered the parts and came back two days later to complete the repairs. We are very happy with how things are running now and we would not hesitate to recommend them or call them again if the need arises.
