Went there to get my son's hair cut a week or so ago. He's 2 and very spazzy and I think the hairdresser did a phenomenal job working with him while he was being extremely uncooperative. I think she did a great job. I'm not sure how she managed to make his hair look so good while he was moving non-stop and having to work around me because he would not sit on the chair alone.

Told to wait 30 minutes. Waited. Came back to the main lady shrugging me off when I asked asked a time to return, while the other nicer lady gave me an actual numerical amount that I was seeking. Won't be returning as that was super unprofessional to a paying regular customer.

Rarely I leave any reviews of any kind, but after my cut w stylist Ricki this date march 24 2023, felt compelled to write this 5 star review. She was not only very friendly but her skills to cut my hair as per my particular direction, was bang on! Not my regular salon but most definately will be going back n requesting her. Good job Ricki!

I refuse to go back to this location. There is one worker there who has no customer service skills at all. Very rude and no patience whatsoever. Just a simple question was asked of her while she opened her front door and she snapped. Wow, just a simple reply would have been enough.

I had to wait a little bit of time for my haircut..but it was worth the wait. The job was done so professional, and I extremely thankful for my experience. It had been sun January 15 , 2021, since I had my first haircut with your firm and after moving into the area. I have gone to Magic Cuts for years.. but once I experienced my first experience and the one I had on July 9 th, I will always keep going to your establishment..thank you so very much. I go here for all my haircuts. The latest group of staff are so skilled it doesn't really matter who I get. The price is reasonable. The hours are amazing so you can pick times when they aren't too busy. Staff are friendly and we usually have a nice chat. They are all good with children
