You guys are getting ripped off! Ontario subsidizes counseling for years while low income, these ppl only for 4 sessions, I'd demand better from them cause if you don't it will never happen

Go elsewhere!!! They say they will call back and don't. They say well after they did call back when they didn't. They say they offer financial assistance and then after calling multiple times, advise that they don't. When you don't back anything you say, how can you possibly counsel anyone?! Extremely poor service at best.

I went in for OCD and disordered eating. Counselor didn't take me seriously. The next year I almost died at 78 lbs age 21

This place is terrible ! My child attended only 2 sessions and asked me to never take her back there again. The counsellor was very unprofessional, and inexperienced. Please don't waste your time here. They are not looking out for your best interest. Also, once returning to pick up my child, the lights had been TURNED OFF and the doors were LOCKED, while I'm standing outside the building!
