Great service, customer service is professional. I booked car for 3 days tour in Toronto I came from Dubai. Driver gave us amazing tour he had so much knowledge about city. They have out class vehicles, first day they send driver in Cadillac Suv, 2nd day in benz s550 and third day G wagon. As compare to service there rates are very reasonable. We must recommend our other family and friends to use this service. Great job Royal Pullman I hope you maintain this standard. Thanks

The “luxury” SUV wasn’t very luxurious. The driver was late picking us up from the airport and wasn’t presentable upon arrival.

The service was great, our driver Josh was very friendly.The S550 had the rear executive package which made it even more comfortableThe car was very clean and the company provided Fiji water that was ice cold...a very nice elevated touch.Highly recommend!
