A week late on this post. But here we go.Staff is super friendly, and very helpful. I was looking for a new litter for my cats, and called to inquire if they carried it. The guy on the phone went to check for me, and I told him I would be there around a certain time before they closed. I didn’t know he did this, but when I got there, he put 2 boxes aside for me. Seems like a simple gesture, but it’s those types of things that truly bring a business to it’s greatness.I’ve been there before many times, and the staff is always so pleasant, and helpful. ♥️ And they have such a big selection. Love the animals they always have in there too. So lovely to be able to see all the fun critters! My fave part!

One of the coolest pet stores I've been to. The people here are amazing too. They are very very knowledgeable and the customer service is way above par. Consider this store before going to the chains. If you have any questions this is the place to go. The guys who helped me was very honest and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I asked similar questions at Pet Smart and they were so unenthusiastic and had no knowledge about simple beginners questions concerning fish tank atmospheres. Support our local stores and you will be rewarded with a way better experience. Not to mention the beautiful birds they have in there. One of the most zen places to visit

Hands down the best pet store in Medicine hat. Locally owned and operated. They have so much to see in this store. Skittles the macaw they have there is a real character. Don't put your fingers in the cage, lol. Very knowledgeable staff, and very friendly. Even if you're not looking for a pet, it's a great place to bring your kids to see some interesting animals, fish, lizards, and more.

I'm a first time aquarium owner and went in to ask about plants etc.The guy that my wife and I talked to was very knowledgeable, has a while host of aquariums at his house and was very good with his advice. He wasn't just trying to sell us stuff but was helping us with out decisions. I had done a ton of research and he confirmed everything I had read or seen online. Best shop on town hands down!!!

First time experience was amazing. Great staff. They were Super helpful, Very friendly. Knowledgeable, kind and caring. Felt very well taken care of while In there with my family. Can’t wait to come back again !!
