This is my wife’s go to grocery store not for anything else but because of the PC optimum program, she usually shop every 2 weeks so you would always expect a full cart however her major complain every time and this is on cashier lane is the discrepancy on her bill. It’ either the price on the shelf does not match when scanned or they would accidentally or do it in purpose to punch more than she bought or the 30% less or coupon is not entered. It’s just a small price difference mostly less than $5-$10 but it’s so annoying and given the hassle to get it refunded most of the time you will just let it pass. Also, when you get to call and state them your complain while almost every time you have to wait for long time in the queue they are not accommodating and to the extent that they would made you feel that you just wanted to get something in return. FYI in all those times that my wife calls to report the price difference she never bother to process any refund, like I said the hassle is not worth the price difference and her cab would cost her more to go back to the store. And did I also say that she also notice that they are not conscious of the expiration dates on the shelf. I can see why Walmart is a better competitor now, they might be short on promotions like the pointing system but trust me, if you don’t have the PC points my wife would not dare to think twice to go to Walmart instead… because your lacking the heart of every business which is….CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Went in to deli today looking for cold meats. After waiting some time, the woman behind asked if she could help. There was quite a selection of ham. I told her I was looking for a dryer ham. Could she suggest one. She proceeded to tell me she didn't know. She only worked there.I would think that a person who works inthe deli would know about the products. Ifound her to be rude. Ileft with nothing!!!

Great shopping experience. Truly appreciate it.Diverse and variety choices on local organic food products.Plenty of choices on my favorite Chinese products, such as spicy oil, soy sauce, rice noodles, Chinese snacks. More surprisingly is that I find the Chinese long donuts, which I haven’t eaten for long years.This place has lots of food choices for people from different nationality backgrounds. If you came from different countries, don’t worry, you would find what you need for eat and use daily here.There are also many other healthy food choices from different countries to meet your needs.The products here always have better price and never been wrong at the check out counter. I never have to mention the specific discount on any. It will automatically do so exactly all the time. At the end, I got one whole bag of bath tissue and one whole bag of kitchen towel over $300 purchase. You too will always get surprise, useful, productive rewards according to different promotions.Very nice and efficient service from the staff at the check stand. Great store for getting your steps in. It's huge. Tons of selection and also household and a big pharmacy area. Also my GP doctor's office is there and a liquor store. The bakery is not really fresh. The cashiers are pretty rookie. Take a loonie for the shopping carts.

Nice store. Good selection of everything however most times I come there aren’t any carts inside and I need to go back out to get one.

Great store usually great staff they have a new blonde lady there not so great but the rest are marvelous. Had a bit of a problem with the flash foods boxes. I get them often and they are great but the last couple of times the avocados have been uneatable. But mostly speaking great store.

Very good place to purchase groceries to beauty products. It is a one in all stores.

The Manager & Staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been there many times with my issues. (Mostly my screwing up) Never have I had any problems. Always smiled & issues solved. Have the highest respect for the Manager and Staff!Take care.problems.
