Always a pleasure to deal with, great rates per yard on substrate, and if you live local (assuming you are ordering from the Durham Region) their deliver rates are very reasonable. I've used them for a few projects. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service, spoke over the phone and was given a lower price during initial phone call compared to a phone call an hour later when we decided to order. We were told $140 initially and when we called back to order we were told $175 by a very rude person on the phone. Extremely rude and aggressive over the phone.

Always helpful. Nice to see that Oshawa Sand and Gravel Supply treats smaller landscapers with respect and courtesy!!They run a large supply business and every time I pull up with my truck and dump trailer I feel like I'm wasting their time asking for 3 or 4 yards of material but they always take care of me so big thanks to these guys and girls in that office.
